I was just spitballing a thought for an alternative to the nuclear talks breaking down as a reason for this debacle. Short of agreeing to zero enrichment it sounds like Iran was willing to concede a lot. I read they're using their cheap drones to wait until the US is out of missiles, then at that point they'll start using their own missiles.
They have launched like 500 missiles and 2k drones. Every US base in the area has been hit. Despite the 5 year sentence for filming in Israel there are many videos of strikes and aftermath.
