The client has started freezing 10 times a day, kicking me out of the game and losing my notes. It used to freeze up once a day, too. What could this be, and how can I fix it? It's become impossible to play.

The lobby has been slow to update and very buggy for some time and now mine freezes every so often but in my case the tables remain usable which is odd.

The daily wish wheel hasn't worked since last Tuesday. I get a javascript:void(0) message at bottom when hovering over spin and when I click it the screen displays the casino loading thing and it just returns to the spin page after a minute and repeats. If anyone else uses this wheel could you post if it is working for you? TIA.

I think I agree that 888poker is a scam company. On February 5th, I received an email saying my account was permanently closed. There was no reason given, and no one responded to my messages. I have approximately $1, 200 left in my account. I can understand the room's reluctance to see a winning player, but appropriating someone else's money is beyond me. I have never violated

Yesterday my account was blocked (Nickname - "Etalon") for using illegal programs or scripts.
I only use H2N4 and 888caption - with configured hotkeys for closing and opening tables. Perhaps this is the reason why the system blocked my account.
How quickly can this issue be resolved?

I’m waiting for more than 10 days for my withdrawals to be processed. I applied for a cashout of 100 € to Paypal and 170 € to Skrill on 3/2/2026 and absolutely nothing has happened so far. Support does not answer at all and/ or talks about technical issues. This is really ridiculous! On their website 888 claims that processing time for cashouts with Skrill and Paypal is "on the same day". πŸ˜ƒ
