Yes, but the bulk stats need to be taken with a grain of salt. I'd say he's at best 4th in the MVP race.
He leads the league in field goal attempts, free throw attempts, and 3 point attempts. That's kind of absurd. If you did that, and didn't lead the league in scoring, you'd be a disaster of a player. Has any modern player ever led in all 3 of those stats?
In that stretch, beat BKN by 19, Wizards by 26, Utah by 23 and 55 (that skews), OKC by 27, LAL by 18, and Den by 23.
Biggest losses were 27 to Mia, 16 to Orl, 17 to Minn, 18 to Mia, 13 to Mil in OT lol, 28 to NYK, 26 to Det.
Not too many one possession games. Ls were 2 to Tor, 3 to Atl, 3 to Chi, 1 to Mil, 1 to Tor, 2 to Indy to end their 13 game losing streak. Didn't have a single one possession win in that 16-28 stretch. We only have two single possession wins all season. We have a couple of OT wins that were by more than a single possession. 8 to Clev and 7 to Tor.
I mean our point differential in just the last 4 games is +116. That's 1/3rd of the current net for the season.
So I guess a little unlucky, but our games have mostly been losing bad or winning big.
if Hornets run hot from 3 that can be the reason with Kon/Miller/LaMelo/Bridges etc running well.

We live by 3, die by 3. Kon and Melo are 1st and 3rd in makes this season. Miller is up there too. Melo's form is wild, but it works.

Luka still needs two more games to qualify, which means he can't miss more than a week with the hamstring. Logic would say if the hamstring is anything half-serious he sits the rest of the season and gets over 2 weeks off.
I don't know wtf JJ Reddick was thinking. Luka was grabbing his hamstring multiple times in the first half. The Lakers were down by 30 at the half. Just shut it down. In fact I don't think Reeves or Lebron should've touched the court after halftime. You lost the game already. Wtf is the point? Playoffs are coming just call it quits and let Kléber and Vanderbilt and Bronny have some playing time.
I feel this way often in blowout games. You're down 30 at the half? And your sending a 41 year old LeBron and your MVP guy Luka back out there? Take a lesson from MLB teams, who don't even send a real pitcher out when they're down 10 runs.

Dont Be A Hero has become one of my most common refrains. If a guy stops the game for an injury, 1 he should have to come out or face a delay of game.2 im just taking that guy out everytime
Maybe because he had a 23 game streak of 30 points. Streaks are dangerous. It's like when you're on a poker winning streak and then when you lose you lose more than you should because you go on tilt trying to keep the winning streak alive.
