USA Goes to War Against Iran
Time for a dedicated thread to the war.
How long will it last and what will be the probable outcome?
‘We got the strait closed down, we raised prices drastically across the board on ****ing everything for no reason, the strait is still closed, but we got to kill a bunch of people and khameni’s dead
HARD PART’S OVER! WE’RE DONE!’
Paintrape: masterful gambit, sir
Bye bye USA.
Shut your suckhole, rapey
The hard part is done, lmao. Perfect words for bootlickers like John and Doyle to regurgitate, though.
The UK could never have accomplished what the US and Israel did. The angry people are blind to the fact that Iran has been demolished.
Does the UK even have a military? Are they allowed to use weapons?

They lost hundreds of soldiers fighting alongside us in a pointless regime change war in Iraq.
Happily doing the supposed hard part by yourself and then throwing a multi-week tantrum because people won't help you with the supposed easy part strongly suggests that the supposed hard part in fact was the easy part and the supposed easy part is actually the hard part.
I know that this sort of obvious logic doesn't matter to people like mongidig.
Let’s get the European powers militarily involved in the Middle East after wildly entering into a war without consulting them or the international community. What could possibly go wrong?
I doubt they'll have to get military poweres involved. I'm thinking soon as we're done Iran will just open it back up because China will insist on it.
China needs the Strait open more than anyone else because it sits at both ends of the crisis. It’s the world’s biggest customer for the oil coming out, and the world’s biggest vendor for the goods that oil produces including supply chains. A closed Strait essentially breaks the entire 'Made in China' economic model.
Iran willing to end war if guarantees prevent future attacks: Pezeshkian
Iran is signalling it wants a way out of the war but not without safeguards. President Masoud Pezeshkian said Tehran is willing to end the conflict with the United States and Israel, but only if it gets credible guarantees that the attacks will not happen again, according to AFP.
"We possess the necessary will to end this conflict, provided that essential conditions are met, especially the guarantees required to prevent repetition of the aggression," he said, according to a statement from his office.
I guess it should have been obvious that a war in the age of social media is largely a poo flinging contest for whatever narrative or optic may be useful to whomever - rather than what actually happens in the war. Which may not entirely be bad thing.
Trump and his aides assessed that a mission to pry open the chokepoint would push the conflict beyond his timeline of four to six weeks. He decided that the U.S. should achieve its main goals of hobbling Iranβs navy and its missile stocks and wind down current hostilities while pressuring Tehran diplomatically to resume the free flow of trade.
Suppose Trump does that and doesn't agree to Iran's demand, who is Iran going to keep waging war with?
I can see their justification for closing the Strait while the US and Israel are actively bombing Iran. But if Trump says "mission accomplished" and stops bombing them....

There's no way they should trust Israel's word on anything after how they double crossed the Palestinians.
It sounds like there has already been regime change. They sound terrified. I hope the President says no deal and continues to pound them.
