Not to mention unlimited free fountain drinks at select poker rooms along with buffet style condiments and filtered water. Perfect refilling station for Nevada Nomads who are feeling parched or otherwise just want to replenish their nomadic emergency supply kits.
Its an absolute classic that the biggest losers and underachievers in life are the ones with the biggest ego and the biggest "i know it all" attitude.
For whatever reason, losers and underachievers are opionated on most subjects, loud, and talk way too much.

You're talking about Rice, buddy. He's scared of those games. He visits new poker rooms early when it's slow so that he doesn't risk getting his Aces and Kings cracked. His worst nightmare is dropping off a stack in 1 hour and leaving.

Considering how big he plays- and his longtime gambling addiction/tilt issues a losing stretch could get real messy.

As someone that has actually played 1/3 with Rice before, it's very obvious that people watching (along with weight room showers, buying rotten food on clearance sales, and attending college campuses that he has no business being near) is one of his many riveting hobbies. Naturally, Fat Zach would viewed as creepy by most normal Humans with a pulse and sight. These are the contributing factors that caused him to drift away from normal society many years ago after completing decades of academics and hundreds of failed job interviews. Also, nobody is paying off this slob hobo single digit VPIP OMC rock which is what originally caused Rice to shift into dealing.

Today for the 114th poker room, ELD arrives at an ideal Nomadic poker room called Central Coast.
The parking lot has an array of amenities.
There is a laundry room, which Nomads can put in a load of laundry then play poker and take a break to then transfer clothes to the dryer.
ELD also orders two tacos with beef tongues.
ELD shows pictures of tables, chairs, and gives shout out.
ELD jaywalks across the street multiple times.
ELD states the tacos were "not great".
Central Coast poker room enforces the Rubric.
Foul language is prohibited, proper English is required, and no sweatshirt jackets with hoods are allowed.
Those tacos were $1.59. in California, in 2026. Of course they weren't amazing.
Laundry appears to be half dozen items at most.
I'm thinking after binking 10 large or so dealing the dream gig and being forced to work at a real job at CP, he's effectively quiet quit and is living the other dream, fulfilling random quests.
