President Donald Trump
I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?
So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at
yes, sure playing not to lose / playing to lose difference. LOL
keep being cagey and moving goalposts to satisfy your narrative rather than explicitly saying what you mean.
The opposite of “playing to win” isn’t “playing to lose” but I doubt a ****** like you can actually parse out why that is.
this kind of comment isn't helpful. trying to sound all high and mighty when you have no idea what you're actually talking about.
keep playing not to lose pal. solid strategy.
There's 2 possible opposites to playing to win.
It's either
1) not playing to win, or
2) playing to lose
neither are good strategies.
i guess there's also
3) gerrymandering
It’s hard to imagine being so stupid and doubling down on it but if that’s what you want to do, have at it. It’s just sad at this point.

Says the guy who moves the goalposts from playing to lose to playing not to lose lmao

I don’t think my comment was meant to be helpful, and I find it amusing that you think there’s anything deeper to this conversation than me laughing at you.
At least the Dem leaders and the GOP leaders finally agree on something: gerrymandering is fine.
Tucker Carlson claiming that he is tormented by his previous support for Trump just makes me dislike Tucker even more than I did already.
It's not even "fighting back" it's just proceeding within the rules as defined. The right wanted gerrymandering to be acceptable, so now the left is proceeding as if gerrymandering is acceptable. Nothing to see here. If gerrymandering were completely outlawed and all district maps were redrawn fairly, I'm quite certain the left would be for it and the right would be against it, but that's not on the table. Until it is, this is what the right wanted. Shouldn't have gone down this road if you didn't want to be down this road.
What does the 'and all maps redrawn fairly' part mean?Curious how this is achieved.

Anyone who supported Trump is either an idiot or an *******. There are no other options.
Carlson knows this, and wants to position himself in the “idiot” camp because it is more palatable and empathy-inducing than being in the “*******” camp.
These people should be forever shunned. They can all **** right off.
You guys always do this. It's really sad. Rather than talking you just ask dumb questions that make no sense in the context.
[in your little scenario] how are the maps to be redrawn fairly?
Do you know what gerrymandering is?
LOL that is comedy.
Back to the whataboutism for the Dem crowd.
No, just find it funny. Whole thread about 1) Trump 2028, b) Trump rigging midterms
Funny when it's the opposite.
Both parties have engaged in gerrymandering since before any of us were born. It isn't pretty. I wish that the practice were eliminated. But it is not the province of one party or the other.
mouthnuts def triggered

This is true from a 30, 000-foot level, but the current redistricting fight was absolutely started by Republicans trying to overplay their hand in 2024.
