Indeed they did today. And I don´t understand what´s the problem. As I outlined I pressed the 24h-OASIS-Button BY MISTAKE with another provider. So the automatic account suspension should end automatically after the 24h-period. Any provider is capable to implement this except 888. This goes on for almost a week now!

If 888 needs help improving workflows and processes in general as well as improvement regarding the poker tournament offers and structures please feel free to get in touch with me so I could offer some help for a small financial compensation. 🙂

I will be traveling to Pafos, Cyprus for one week in May and would like to confirm whether I am allowed to access and play real-money cash games on my existing account while physically located in Cyprus.

Hello 888 Rep, is it necessary to refresh the timebank almost every hand for players in cash games?

I was playing at a $2nl table and same two players tanking constantly and timebank refreshing for them to repeat the act. I would suggest one time bank every so many orbits or every 15-20 minutes would work too. Played 260+ hands and it was torture. If we were in the wild west I would have shot the whoors.

Also I redeemed gold tokens for a $3 freeplay and now see the $2 is restricted until I wager $200 of my own money in the casino which I am never doing in a day with a y it. Just wondering if you could ask support to remove it altogether. I am not asking for anything for it, I just want it out of there.

Appreciate your help as always and you should have my SN from before but if not let me know and I will send it to you. Thanks.

I’d like to ask you to go to page 133 of this thread and read about my issue with 888.

You were one of the regulars on NL10 SNAP who helped build and maintain the traffic with me during the early morning hours — we basically ran into each other almost every day.

I was given a lifetime ban for allegedly using artificial intelligence. I’m sure you could find many hands between us that clearly argue against any kind of “intelligence” and rather show things like fishy calldowns, etc.

I would really appreciate it if you could share your opinion.

And to the 888 representative, I would like to kindly ask one last time to forward this matter, including what I posted in the thread on page 133.

There are a number of new accounts present now and a few of them just happen to be from Kazakhstan. What chance they are the same ones as before?

Sadly this is a poker wide issue and is not easy to control but yeah it is good to see they were kicked off when reported.

It's easy to locate them by gaming style and patterns. PM me, I will share it with you. Don't want them to see their leaks here in public.

Maybe we can think here about how to report them faster. Cause some of these names were playing like 2 months. It is too long.

I play cash almost every day, so when there is a new reg in the field, it need few hundred of hands to see if it's one of them or not

No one's replying to emails, and a representative on Reddit simply confirmed that my account was closed. I ask that you forward this request to the company representatives so they can provide an explanation for why my account was blocked, as I've never violated the platform's rules and played fairly. I'm prepared to submit to any investigation, including providing my computer, recording my gameplay, etc. I believe it's simply outrageous and plundering to block players' accounts without explanation and take their money!
