I'm not really sure what constitutes a felony vs just a misdemeanor I'm assuming we take the category as unserious crime - serious crime

I'm slightly higher, but not wildly enthusiastic about it. 16 is a very good guess. Going lower than kidnapping, you have all kinds of theft and robberies, embezzlement, drug trafficking. Even possession of large enough quantities of drugs is a felony, and I think possession of a drug like heroin or cocaine might be a felony regardless of the quantity.

Drunk driving is probably a felony. Assault is a felony.

I think kidnapping has more 17 equity than it has 15 equity, and it's probably one of those two.
