Even possession of large enough quantities of drugs is a felony, and I think possession of a drug like heroin or cocaine might be a felony regardless of the quantity.

Drunk driving is probably a felony. Assault is a felony.

I think kidnapping has more 17 equity than it has 15 equity, and it's probably one of those two.
