President Donald Trump

I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?

So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at

What exactly is there to go after anyway? Until someone actually breaks the law or starts taking material steps towards breaking the law, having unhinged politics is not illegal.

In the 19th century, there was a political party called the Anti-Mason Party. You can imagine what their politics was like. They cast wide conspiracy theories to the founding of our nation and all aspects of government. Being a bit crazy isn’t illegal.

Rainingmen, you were nice enough to share some violence you think should be considered right leaning political violence, most of which was between 2015-2019. During that time frame, or even since then, do you recall a lot of repub politicians encouraging violence?

No matter what happens in a country of 340+ you will always have bad people that will rape, kill and hurt others. The question we should be asking is if either party's politcians are doing anything that increases the amount of violence. I would argue that repubs are not and dems are via their outright support of the BLM riots, support of their voters going to the supreme court justices houses to attempt to intimidate them, a few even said their voters should confront repub politicians in the street and in restaurants to intimidate them and of course so many dems have called trump hitler and the like.

a week ago i backtracked his source and it was literally a twitter post. it was from a freighter tracking company that made you pay to view their website. So either hes a psychopath who pays a subscription fee to see freighter news or he got it from their twitter account. you tube and twitter are good sources if you use them correctly and you know view trusted sources

Are you still upset that I used valid source to refute your bullshit?

Trumpism is the intellectual nut low, and let the best argument against it the forum can come up with is "you're gay".

Disingenuous much? He said he never tasted his penis. I responded in context. I already gave him a detailed post a couple of weeks ago, refuting eight or so of his talking points one-by-one, and he responded by ignoring my post and the best I got was nuthouse making fun of a couple of my tenants instead, yet you want me to still respond in earnest to him? Here it is if he wants to respond.

Yeah... the middle class getting a huge win from corporate tax breaks is why I have one family a couple of months behind on rent and another family substantially behind on rent. BS money the government spends like spending $60 million on Kash's trips to hang out with his girlfriend... or spending $200 million on some jets for Kristi to join the mile high club... or spending $10

Given the context, it seems like you're trying to indicate that Republicans would like to reduce violence in the United States. If not trolling, why would you assert this?

Feeding troll.. The federal government under GOP since 2024 has:

Deployed ICE to attack majority Democratic areas.
Deployed National Guard to harass US citizens.
Used the DOJ to threaten political opponents.
Used drones to annihilate tens of citizen operated boats.
Attacked Venezuela, kidnapped leader and wife.
Attacked Iran, vaporized among other things a school.
Threatened Greenland and Denmark.
Threatened all? allies.
Supported various repressive and violent regimes.
... just a few highlights that seem slightly more violent than the opposition.

Which Democratic politician supported rioting?

by Elway

The gunman was a school teacher. This is who are teaching our children. Radical leftists can’t handle their emotions. They are the biggest threat to this country.

No one has voluntarily made children with the paint raper.

Republican politicians never glorify or make light of violence. Sure.

Donald Trump said the following after Nancy Pelosi's husband had his skull fractured by an attacker who was armed with a hammer.

Seeking to nail down the support of California Republicans in the GOP primary, former President Donald Trump on Friday mocked Rep. Nancy Pelosi and her husband, who an assailant brutally attacked in the family’s San Francisco home last October.

“We’ll stand up to crazy Nancy Pelosi, who ruined San Francisco — how’s her husband doing, anybody know?” Trump said to a raucous crowd of California Republicans at a state party convention. “And she’s against building a wall at our border, even though she has a wall around her house — which obviously didn’t do a very good job.”

Then, a few weeks later, Don Jr. had the good taste to post a photo of a hammer on top of a pair of underwear with the caption: "Got my Paul Pelosi Halloween costume ready."

And who can forget this wonderful ad campaign.

Wasting money on an unnecessary war while simultaneously gutting science funding seems like a good long term plan for a society.

All 22 members of the advisory board that advises and oversees the US National Science Foundation (NSF), a leading funder of basic science, were fired on 24 April without explanation. Each member of the NSF’s National Science Board (NSB) received an email Friday afternoon saying that “on behalf of President Donald J. Trump,” their positions were “terminated, effective immediately”."]All 22 members of the advisory board that advises and oversees the US National Science Foundation (NSF), a leading funder of basic science, were fired on 24 April without explanation. What are you even talking about? We're getting a nice new ballroom!

Just wish to congratulate President Trump on going two full days without an assassination attempt.

the day isn't over

What did you think about the “kill yourself” post?

I found it as distasteful as someone who jerks it to cam girls and thinks paint fumes are an aphrodisiac, when they aren't bragging that they're hoping their date will get drunk, with all the connotations said bragging strongly implies.

The shooter was not a public school teacher, by the way. He was a part time tutor for a private company called C2 education that helped aspiring college student prepare for testing.

Just to head off the df "THESE PEOPLE ARE TEACHING OUR CHILDREN" bull****.

don't worry guys this person wasn't teaching our children. everything is fine.

Do we care about sexual assault this week?

remember my sister's first day at peace corps part of her orientation was "that's the village rapist, don't go anywhere alone with him"

by whatthejish

Do we care about sexual assault this week?

Of course we do. How else do you think they will get JD Vance to pick them as VP candidate?

Do you want radical leftists tutoring your high school kid?

RADICAL LEFTISTS!!!!

by Elway

Speaking of tutoring...

I have to ask the question - what made the left so radical in the US that they would want to go out and kill someone? We have seen now 3 attempts made on Trump's life which all seem to have involved some seriously planning and we saw with the murder of the pharmaceutical guy which I will also put into the same category. They all seem to be intelligent people. Would the peace pipe hippies of the seventies be proud of what the left has become this full of bile and murdering capable left that seem to want to sacrifice their lives like they are sucide bombers? We never saw that level of hatred or indeed an attempt on GWB yet his actions appear far worse than Trump with what he did in Iraq. So what has changed? Was it Putin? That is the only rational explanation that deep down there has been this simmering tension against Russia and maybe something good may come out of it that it may deter China from ever invading Taiwan.
