I'm pretty sure id know if they had a penis or not if I had sex with them. If they had penis and I didnt suspect that then id be certainly be unsatisfied from the situation. But that threat is my life pretty far down the list of things worth worrying about. In fact, id say life is good if that was of any potential issue consuming my day.
