People love to accentuate threat levels or turn some bogus risk into some major crisis - especially when it's politically advantageous to do so. The far more likely explanation is that they are not allowing filters for this due to the risk of such filters being used to plan hate crimes or harassment, and potential fallout in terms of credibility and liability.
So then what does it mean? If a person gets voluntarily intoxicated, should they be conned out of their money? What punishments are you looking for intoxicated people? Why did Jesus turn water into wine if he didn't dig people getting hammered?

No one criticized my response at all. I suspect that most people just didn't bother to respond. I probably shouldn't have bothered.
The Republican obsession with trans people needs to be studied by psychologists for decades. Maybe the greatest moral panic I've lived through, they literally can't stay focused on anything else. Gas is headed toward 10$/gal because there's a shooting war in the Middle East and Rick is melting down over dating apps.

That's why their women all have maralago face and look like drag queens and the men pose with guns. It can't just be masculinity and femininity, they want an exaggeration of gender characteristics so they're sure what's going on.
I don't think it would be controversial to posit that conservatives generally prefer a simpler framework to a more complex or nuanced one.
