For sure, even a sliver of Trump voters switching their vote would make a huge difference. My point is that you are far more likely to have a noticeable increase in the stay at home lefties voting D than the trumpers (who some are perturbed with what Trump is doing) jump ship and be willing to let a liberal run the country. That just isnt happening because gas prices went up.
But again, the issue is that most of that goes away when Rubio runs and dems are so hated right now that they can't even beat the easiest boss in the game.
