ELD and Herbs and Rye declare that Vanderpump is to be hereinafter referred to as some call it Cromwell.

But it was Bill's first. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

As you said, there's a 1099 or something similar on the handpays. That's a super easy thing for the IRS to go after. Caesars sends a copy of the 1099 to the IRS, and the IRS checks for any 1099's they got from casinos, and if there's no matching document in your return, your keester is toast.

He'll get a 1099G for the handpays. He will try to show losses to offset, but iirc, the casinos also track money won/lost on all play. If he's using his players card, that data is likely available to the IRS as well. And with the new 90% rule regarding loss deductions, he'll be in serious trouble if he doesn't file.

ELD states word on the street is that PH tables and chairs will go to CET. Some shufflers will be returned to the shuffling company.

I've never seen someon so obsessed with a casino company's furniture. It's not like those tables didn't come from another CET property to begin with.

Also for someone who is such a grammar stickler, I noticed the other day Rice routinely says 'could have went' instead of 'could have gone.' Yet if someone forgets an apostrophe, he calls it out.

No, it was The Barbary Coast. I miss that place.

In today's video ELD walks at 6 am from the Omnia CET crosswalk to the Linq scaffolding. Trouble ensues when a drug user acting erratically and wearing a red hooded sweatshirt jacket blocks ELD and yells something grammatically wrong and gibberish. ELD evades same using superior footwork and continues his monologue.ELD remarks that the homeless Nomad is less effective at bloc

Morons. Should be Bill's Gamblin' Hall. It was Barbary Coast before that, but I didn't play poker much then, and hardly recognized their existence.

Herbs and Rye checks in to Bally's.

ELD states word on the street is that PH tables and chairs will go to CET. Some shufflers will be returned to the shuffling company.

ELD hurries back to the New Address to sleep.

If Herbs and Rye weren't in these videos I wouldn't give two squirts of piss about them.

RDP reports that Lady RDP informs him that some dude agreed to the $10,000 heads up poker game and that the Trooper v. RDP event will occur June 5.

If this is legit, Trooper is much dumber than I thought.

He's an idiot, but doesn't know it.

I guess it's possible, but its hard to wrap my head around the proposition that poopers went from being a failed candyman, 5+ figs in the hole, to a AP gangster making 5 figs plus in as many months. It would be funny if the number is something like 1k or 5k. Why would he edit it out if was actually proud of the dollars and it was real?To not show the taxman? Do AP players pay th

I have a feeling we're going to see a rant about the tax payments on all those 1099s at some point. As Confidential points out, he can only deduct 90% of losses and expenses, so if he has 500k in 1099s and 400k in losses (according to his meticulous record keeping, ha ha), he will owe taxes on 140k, not 100k. If he tries to use the casinos' win/loss reports, he will find out that they are not allowed as evidence of losses, so he will owe taxes on the full 500k.

I speculate that he will claim only the amount reported on the 1099s, and then try to deduct an equal amount of losses, and then receive a bill for taxes on the 10% of claimed losses that are not allowed. Whether it escalates from there, who knows.

I think it’s cute that you guys think he’s filed a personal tax return in the last decade. He’d consider that “working for the man/people on welfare” and he don’t play that.

Since he leases vehicles he has to have something for proof of income

We're talking specifically about tax forms he's getting for jackpots on machines. Obviously he wasn't filing anything as a limp dick 1/2 nl player making or losing a few thousand a year.

Agree that Troop has not filed in many years (maybe he did when he worked at the Linq, but I'd bet not even then). It is possible that LT filed for business losses due to the failed candy biz, especially if she has income from some other source, which seems likely.

by rickroll

his real ev expectation probably 1/3 whatever that chart is

And he will think he is the unluckiest gambler ever if he starts running a lot closer to his expectation. Also, he has a HUGE problem when it comes to going on tilt. There is a huge difference between him playing his A game and playing when he is on tilt.

He used to brag about being a guy that never goes on tilt, which only goes to show how delusional he has always been.

ELD is providing a valuable training and dietician service for Herbs and Rye.

Whenever Herbs and Rye orders something calorically dubious, ELD will jump on the food and eat same to thereby allow Herbs and Rye to continue on his slimming diet.

Isnt that what his female roommate is for. Proof of income.

What a great friend! Sacrificing his own health to improve that of his patron, so honorable!

He prob did while Westgate was paying him. Possibly while youtube was paying him also.

He has The Bank of LT, they are very generous with loans.

no proof of income needed for the lease, a good credit history is typically enough

with that said, there's no chance in hell he's got one, if I was a betting man (which I am) I'd set the line of all the vehicles are in LT's name at -1,200

Good Credit score is often all you need.
I've seen people buy vehicles with no verifiable income.

If Trooper loses, he'll point out that it's a tiny sample. If he wins, he'll be thumping his chest non-stop on social media.

Is Little Timmy putting up $10,000 for the match?

by DividedWeFall

Is Little Timmy putting up $10,000 for the match?

No, it’s a sponsored 10k freeroll HU match between “two dudes” (Trooper vs RDP).

Trooper also danced around the topic on his video last week and said “obviously, who couldn’t use extra 10k!?” prior to ever accepting the challenge. RDP gets to **** on Trooper in a live game format should be entertaining.
