General TV Discussion and Thread for Shows Without A Thread Thread
OOTV doesnt like family comedies much huh? Raising Hope and The Middle are two of the best(possibly the best outside of
The Boys 5.5 perfect. No notes
I thought Sage on The Boys was supposed to be smart?
Spoiler
I am not sure she could have had a shittier plan, isn't she supposed to be like Ozymandias? He never would have had all his eggs in Soldier Boys basket, especially after the mind reader said he was kind of proud of Homelander.
haven't seen newest season, but it really bothered me how they tried to frame sage as super smart without any evidence beyond "i'm really smart" and "ah ha, i knew that would happen and planned around that"
Final season of Good Omens out now to some very mixed reviews.
Easily the best cast of a TV show I can think of, shame they couldn't nail the ending.
Widow’s Bay is pissing excellence every episode since the pilot.

Sheβs supposed to be like Sister Sage. Making intelligence a power is nebulous and generally impossible. But itβs a bold enough thing to go for and big picture, I think they did it well. itβs a fun character who Iβm always excited to see onscreen.
Industry 4.2 another dinger. Harrington is an Actor.
Never could have dreamed what this series would become.
PUT THIS SHOW IN MY MOUTH RIGHT NOW
You think The Boys is hot shyte well then wait until big daddy drops a load right over your head and Green Lanterns you all across the face.
Look how sexy Aaron Pierre is.
I feel like the general job of the Green Lanterns lends itself well to episodic entertainment
Goddamnit, add The Boys series finale to the GoT and Dexter (never saw Stranger Thins finale) list
What a disappointing final season and terrible finale. Just bad all around and i hate what they did to Butcher in the end.
Potential to go all out in the final season was off the charts, and they just gave us blue balls and some more lame ass and dick jokes.
Homelander gonna go scorched earth any minute now guys
Yeah… I dropped it after episode 5. I had the 2 other episodes on deck but just couldn’t bring myself to watch them. If they were 42-46 minutes, I probably would have. I was waiting to find out if the finale was any good. But since it wasn’t, I don’t have to deal with it lol

Homelander kills 0 people in the finale. Let that sink in. What was even the point of the V1
What a letdown

Mayor of Kingstown and it would be close to the top for me . Dutton Ranch is early but so far pleasantly surprised . We missed Tulsa King as well
Id rank them

Landman
1883
Dutton Ranch
1923
Tulsa King
lioness
Marshals
lioness is a little tricky to rank cuz s1 >>>>>>>>> s2 imo
I just finished the cop drama Nemesis. An entertaining show if you can get by the terrible writing and a plot that seriously stretches reality. With that said, the action is great!!!
Don't watch if you like things resolved and nicely wrapped up.
1923 is way too high on the original list. I never even finished watching the finale it was so bad.
1883
The Madison
Dutton Ranch
Mayor of Kingstown
Landman
Lioness
Yellowstone
1923
Tulsa King
Marshals
Lawmen: Bass Reeves
So after Episode 3 of Dutton Ranch I was I dont know but episode 4 was powerful.
Euphoria is probably one of the worst shows of all time that got 3 seasons on hbo
Am through the fourth episode of season 3 and my takeaway so far is that it definitely is lower quality but the break and also Cloud's death really hurt it.
It's not Deadwood, nor is it Luck, but Euphoria's probably going to wind up in my second tier of shows that had a really good trajectory that didn't reach it for one reason or another.
