would you care if 48 people each bought in once and played like complete idiots? One guy dumping 48 buy ins in a tournament is amazing for everyone else.

A good pro buying in 2 or 3 times if needed but playing well on each bullet is a problem for recs. People buying over and over again and playing horribly isn't. Nobody buying in 8 times is playing well.

Tell that to the rec who was looking forward to finally playing their first WSOP only to have Dnegs on his 17th bullet bust them with some absolute trash while laughing and shouting NANY-NANY-BOO-BOO with his selfie-stick shoved in their face

Well Kid Re-buy has entered WSOP Event #55: $50,000 High Roller Pot-Limit Omaha?

We all know PLO is Daniel's 'jam'.

Pretty sure this event has two re-buys.

This event should go a long way in determining if Daniel reaches his customary one million plus in losses.

Lmao yea I hate when people play horribly and put it in buried against me.

Why would it matter if it was Dnegs on bullet 17 or some random drunk playing a hand like ****?

I do agree I'd want to snap the selfie stick in half but Ive wanted to snap every selfie stick in half I've ever seen in my life.

Maybe he'll get another one of those sick spots where he's 10 percent five ways.

Any rec like would probably be excited to see him and if busted in late reg had probably played 6-7 hours, was sitting on a starting stack or less, and realized they needed a gamble. No one is happy to lose but most people would take it like an adult.

This forum is quite a collection of chitreg posters, offended by same stupid stuff.

Let’s go Danny in 50K PLO!

Nah, borg nailed it. The type of person who gets mad at Danny busting him with garbage is the type of person who's going to be mad anyways. Blames the dealer for losing, etc. It's solid pros playing each bullet well that makes re-entry tournaments a problem.

The old school rebuy tourney where you could rebuy immediately then addon later after the rebuy period, thats a rebuy tourney, not sure they exist anymore and have been replaced by re-entry tournaments.

u losers need to get a life

who really gives a *** how much a multi millionaire spent on having fun ?

im more intrigued in what happened with him and martin kahbrel?

last year they was having 3am bedtime chats now they cant look at each other.,,.............................

You missed the part about after busting the recreational player who only has the funds to enter once now has Dnegs shove his selfie-stick in their face while he laughs like Nelson from The Simpsons.

I assure you, the recreational player experiencing their first WSOP does not care for being busted by an out-of-touch multi-millionaire playing like a tard and then taunted by them about it. That doesn't create an experience that makes them want to return.

I didn't miss it, I just chose to ignore because duh anyone would get mad at someone putting a camera in their face and taunting them after busting them in a tourney.

Doesn't matter if it's Danny's first or 17th bullet if he acts that way right?

always hilarious when someone says "you missed X" while reiterating same X 17 times throughout the thread

right up there with "nobody understands" something that literally 99.9% of people understand

Wondering why anyone cares about unlimited rebuy tournaments.
More so if some people are going crazy ALL IN all the time.

It makes the field size bigger, makes it harder to win or go deep. But pays
more when you do cash.

I don't like Daniel. But could care less how many times he rebuys.
I mean him going crazy rebuying a bunch is kind of just giving back
to the poker community. I don't see anything wrong with that.
If I win the Main event tomorrow I would probably play some cheap tournies
and cash games and just give some money away myself, just to be a nice guy.

I agree the selfie stick main character syndrome crap he does is unbearable. But that's a separate discussion from him entering a bunch of times and playing like an idiot.

I dont disagree that the 48 times lunacy is good value. Its more i dont like how its changed the way tournaments are played.

NL or PLO (the games I play) are built on putting pressure on others so naturally its beneficial that when I put someone all in it carries the same weight as when someone else does it to me.

One thing I dont get is the people saying "hes trying to get a lot of chips on the table." One thing they've changed is it going from rebuy to "re-entry". You get moved to a different table (almost certainly) so that value is lost.

Totally understand your alls argument, its just not a way I prefer to play tournaments. Defeats the purpose

Big lead in plo 50k with 28 left.

by ScotchOnDaRocks

If that's true it's due to SHRs such as 500K at Paradise. If Benny Glaser was sponsored and freerolled into the SHRs but it caused him to dip into the red it would not make him a losing player. He is neither losing money nor would be a losing player. Same exact thing with Danny N who has had a very strong record past several years in the non SHRs, the stuff he would be playing

I mean, if you can't grasp a simple concept that if you are losing money in the games you play you are a losing player, you might be mentally challenged buddy. It is ok though, we still like you.

Big lead in plo 50k with 28 left.

Now medium short and playing bubble extremely nitty.

He didn’t bubble but he’s now one of the shortest stacks.

I watched like three hours of this stream and it only confirmed my impression that PLO is kind of a dumb game. I don’t think I saw a single postflop bet that wasn’t either the nuts or a complete bluff.

I see we're over limping Q992r from the SB now....just as well it's his 'jam'

He's got some exploits that the GTO guys can't possibly fathom!

presuming plo, that's a mistake (especially if this was a final table, less so early on) but who cares, when I get stacks in tournaments usually it's by playing hands I'm not supposed to.

WSOP Day 29 -$704,800

by vrael111

Welcome back Corky, no he’s not a losing player as he gets paid handsomely just to play in the games and will end up in black win or lose. You are fervently beating your chest trying to label as a losing player one of the few guys walking around the series who can’t possibly become one. Stay down, C. Thatcher

So, as per your own words, a losing player, making money off sponsorships. Good for you for finally admitting it 😉

He was a winning player who got sponsored which made him a winning player in perpetuity. Not rocket science.
