Raymer 5/15 in the Super Seniors with play done for the day.

Benny currently 1/6 after being last about two hours ago. Ivey hanging on.

Even more spectacular than usual 6-player final table in the PPC. Glaser, Coleman, Arieh, and Ivey, with Mercier out 7th.

I was unable to make it last year, the first year of using the WSOP app, so this is my first rodeo doing things this way

When I just went to the cage to buy into the $1,500 Stud 8 or better, I was told that I basically had to buy into the event right now or open some kind of account which the teller was not entirely clear about how to do so to store the cash that I gave her. It was my understanding that I did not want to be buying into the event in case that I don't get there on time. So I'm not blinded down

How do I create and load an account that I can draw from through the World Series like what TBIC accounts used to be like?

I'm okay for tomorrow since it starts at 2:00 p.m., but in the future, I would like to avoid buying in directly unless I am ready to sit down

Just go to the main cashout room in the Paris, walk up and say “I would like to add this cash to my tournament account”, and hand them whatever money you have plus your ID and your Caesars card.

Thanks, the cashier I talked to seemed to think that was not something I could do and that I needed to open some kind of a separate account. But I also think she maybe didn't know what she was talking about either, she seemed not to be terribly experienced. [emoji119]

I assume he won the hand otherwise this wouldn't really be a thing but that hand should be dead.

He ran a big bluff and lost the hand.

Live poker somehow more rigged than online poker lol.

The YouTube channel is saying it's the PPC tonight but we've been lied to before.

It's going to be the PPC, but once again they partly lied. They didn't start filming until they lost a player for the day, so it'll begin with 5 left a bit over an hour into play today. I know it's not Platt's fault and he's not making the decisions, but since he seems like the voice of all this streaming stuff they really need to do a much better job of telling him how much they're going to air and of what each day because they just look horrible that they keep bait and switching what they're going to show. He promised every hand of the FT today, which already isn't true, after promising cards up yesterday and they showed I think 4 hands total, and promising some coverage of the earlier days where they showed almost nothing.

Well they're showing it which is nice but they're still cutting out hands. Basically skipped razz altogether.

Pretty sick final 3 going on right now.

Yeah, Glaser, Arieh, and Ivey in the PPC.

Bliz is the sickest commentator. Everything he says sound like a 80s movie trailer. Stud is a kinda bland game to watch but he makes it sound like Russian roulette. His player profiles takes and in hand analysis of each game are matched by none.

didn't he used to be a cheater? crazy how short memories the poker world has.

anyone else just want to punch him in the face after a minute of listening to him?

I don't really care for his commentating. Hands are either played great or terribly and he's very spastic. Better than Ali?

If arieh can win at poker anyone can

Twice as many viewers for the PPC than the Milly Maker. Maybe someone should tell WSOP since Platt admitted "low viewership" as the reason they are streaming almost exclusively NL. Yes, Ivey is a huge reason but basically any 10k mixed game will have huge names.

Never heard anything about him cheating. What was the situation?

Man we finally get to see some PPC and the deck was very lopsided. Benny did play several hands very well though and Josh fumbled a few hands. I hate the 6789 call pre towards the end in O8, those middling cards are the worst in that game, I think that's a fold even heads up pre especially with his stack.

The rumor was always that he played on lots of different accounts without telling people.

I thought that was a fold too but it's hard to fold anything other than the absolute worst there. Ended up it didn't matter, he would've basically just lost those chips on the hand he got knocked out anyway.

Am I noticing a shuffle before the cut in the PPC stream?
