yeah im trying to withdrawal via crypto i also deposited via crypto. reach out to there customer support and no reponse after they said they will get back to me after 24 hours.

submitted updated ID have been able to withdraw my max 3x since then.

Is there a WPN mod in here? I just made an account on True Poker, submitted my documents and they were approved later same day. I made a crypto deposit and just tried my first withdrawal and received an email my account was permanently closed. Can I get some assistant with this, please.

There is no mod here from the site. You have to rake 10% of your deposit on any skin of WPN due to anti money laundering but usually they would just send you an email telling you that. Not sure what's going on with your account

I have no idea. I haven't used Neteller in years. Maybe it was blocking transactions on gambling sites?
If I'm not mistaken, I haven't had Neteller, ecoPayz etc on my WPN accounts since 2022.
The only wallet option since then is Luxon Pay, which is much better, an excellent e-wallet.

Same with skrill. I realised it 1-2 month ago when i wanted to give Pokerking a chance again.

On top of that it in the cashier section it seems i need to redo the KYC cos it says no documents are uploaded.
I did the verification years ago.

Usually get withdrawal in hour or so this. I request a payout yesterday got the confirmation that it was approved but check my wallet nothing is there. Tried to email the processor get the error that there inbox is full. Sent email to acr no response yet

Initiated a withdraw on Thursday evening via BTC . Still waiting as of this message . The one amd only reason I trusted WPN was the speedy withdraw times. Ive been with them playing well over 9 years .

The longest I waited for a cashout was 38 hours . Most of the time its within an hour or up to four hours tops .

What really pisses me off is the copy and paste replies you get from support . Not a single deviation just the same reply . I can say they have always paid me but again I have zero reason too continue if they canr complete BTC transactions in a reasonable amount of time .

My withdraw still sits in pending status .

Yet they can pay anyone amd everyone to wear a patch at the wsop .

Withdrew a few times with no issues and quite fast. Last withdrawal was 8 days ago and still didnt receive it. Support is useless as always
