** World Cup 2026 - USA, Canada, Mexico Thread **
Saw no thread was active yet while it starts tomorrow so I'd gave it a go
No real time for an extensive write-up but lets
they're doing what fox wants, being clowns
yeah for sure. plus henry is biased bc arsenal. plus they want to be able to show their faces in london going forward. etc
So it's a good thing to have an elite striker. Got it.
HK9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh well :(
Congrats. Have fun taking this bunch to the Azteca.
It's ok Mexico will smash the coming home next round
England is Sweden from ten years ago when it was Zlatan and a bunch of randoms
Best striker in the world. Better than Haaland for me.
relax we're not german
The doctor's been struck off
oh well, better this way with them getting humiliated by mexico instead
justice for england getting denied the clearest penalty in the world tbf
Losing this would have been infinitely more humiliating than losing to an actually decent Mexico side in Mexico.
2-0 down at half time in the next game will be acceptable, for obvious reasons
Ref like me had Congo, and we both should have cashed out at halftime
Well done though Harry
So, US fans are basically just free-rolling the July 5th match then? Either:
1. The 5th-match curse is alive and well, Mexico crash out of the WC, losing at the Azteca for the 1st time in 13 years, to an England team in thoroughly mediocre form, or;
2. England are sent home by LOLCONCACAF.
Not sure which I'm rooting for*, but I'm here for it.
(*joking, of course. Regardless of circumstance, Mexico losing is always the preferred result)
