Withdrew a few times with no issues and quite fast. Last withdrawal was 8 days ago and still didnt receive it. Support is useless as always

I initiated a withdraw on Thursday and still nothing. Been with them for almost a decade with no problems ever . Yes support is absolutley useless as always. Might be time to start pressuring them on X and also pressuring the ACR pros on social media . Obviously at this point a problem exists .

Got my withdrawal just took longer then usually

Lucky you.

My withdrawal has now been processing for over 80 hours.

Same here, Wondering What's happing !

WPN history is when BTC dips withdrawals become delayed. It's annoying especially when you need the money. All I can say is be patient.

Im on Day 5 and still waiting . They are blaming it on unusual amounts of withdrawals because od the wsop. Told me backed up 4 days . Yet im on Day 5 . Absolutley unacceptable in 2026 .

They used to say "within an hour" (for btc withdrawals). Last email i had from them stated "aim to be between 48 -72 hours" which is some change in itself. Im now in 72nd hour and no sign of it. One has to wonder now what on earth has made this ridiculously dramatic delay in space of last few days (i withdrew earlier in week and that was standard fast).

Oh, good (or not) to see my 12 hours waiting time so far is nothing compared and nothing to worry 😃 my last one took not even an Hour.
Some of the timeframes posted here are crazy.

Day 6 of waiting for my cash out from ACR . For clarification I've been playing on the site for about a decade and have no open bonus or playthrough problems . I have never had an issue and the longest I ever waited for a withdrawal via Crypt was 38 hours .

We are well past that point now being 6 days . They have stopped communicating with me after third email . Normal copy and paste answers by useless support staff.

They have been using a run on the bank excuse which I find absurd . I will state that I've always been paid by ACR but this has become unusual for this many people to be having the same problem .

They have made no public statements and are basically ignoring this and spinning it as normal activity due to receiving 5,000 withdrawal requests a day . I find that extremely hard to believe and was told the back log wall is at 4 days but this also can not be the truth because I'm at 6 days and several people are past that.

Hey ACR why not put the fire out and explain the problem . Fix it .

Could an ACR representative please explain why there are such delays in withdrawing funds?

Is there anybody here that has received a payout in the past few days?
I'm on 49 hours so far but reading these comments reminds me of the old UltimateBet or FullTilt days.
All of my previous requests were honored in a few hours.
Scary!

Id say chances of there being a liquidity issue is < 0.1%. Just wouldnt make sense. I think prob is just an innocent situation and ive no doubt we all will get our cash. Is a touch frustrating though that timeline keeps moving.

Their hot wallets are rapidly accumulating funds right now. Here's one example:

They're still happily accepting deposits into their wallets, so it's obvious the system isn't broken everything is working just fine. The question is: what, or who, are they collecting all that money for?

I wondered similar with the latest offers I was getting (I had a couple hundred Dollars sitting there but didn't play in over a month)
Over that timeframe I got better and better deposit offers, basically every week. It started with deposit $150 to get a $22 Ticket, and lately it was deposit $50 to get a $66 Ticket. Lets see what I may get offered this week 😃

I'm on hour 105!

Saw this on twitter, although to be honest not entirely sure how much stock I place into it.

Those are nothing more than empty claims with no evidence to support them.

At this point I think we all have to collectively root for any ACR Team Pro going deep in a WSOP event to win, then we might actually get paid

Ive spoken to Rob a few times on a few things and found him to be a totally stand up, decent guy. I firmly believe everything he says there is true and he is doing all he can to assist. Obv the 4 day thing hasnt worked out but he can only pass on what he was told on that point (i myself am now on around 95 hours waiting lol)

He's claiming it's only 1%, but that simply doesn't match the facts. How can anyone consider him an honest person?

As he is, he clearly states all need to be verified, they do. Thats the delay and once thats done it will be superfast. Problem is that getting them verified at min is taking forever. Perhaps poor wording by him but thats what he will be meaning. Im not here to defend ACR or afiliated to them dude, im literally in 90+ hours waiting myself, but lets not attack random individuals who are trying to help man.

OTHER NOTES:
I am posting this to completely dismantle ACR’s ongoing marketing claim of having the "fastest withdrawals" in the industry. It is false advertising.

Even when your system works, it is slow. My previous withdrawals here have consistently taken 48 hours to 4 days just to clear minimum amounts. Compared to CoinPoker (under 2 hours) or BetOnline (under 1 hour), ACR is already living in the dark ages of payment processing.

Now, it’s completely frozen. I requested a simple, minimum $50 Crypto withdrawal three days ago. It has been sitting stagnant. When I pressed support for an update, I received the standard automated template from WPN Support claiming it could take "up to 15 business days."

15 days for a minimum $50 crypto transfer on a site that brags about speed? WPN Rep, please manually review REF-141684066 and explain why your baseline is weeks while the rest of the industry measures crypto payouts in minutes.

Theres no APN rep in here dude, i find X is useful place to get answers if you ask their support account or one of their named pros. That being said the 15 business days is simply standard TOS but i cant speak for them so as i say, i suggest X as useful source.

Not defending WPN whatsoever here - but to provide some perspective - I once waited 2 months to get a check from Full Tilt and once I finally got it and deposited it, it bounced in my account. I also once waited over 100 days for a Carbon Poker cashout that was only $2k. Up until Merge network closed their poker room recently, their bitcoin cashouts were regularly 7-10 business days. But they always paid.

I know it sucks for the process to go from 24 hours to a week. But hang in there. I don't even like WPN but they've always paid out.

There hasn't been a single confirmed successful withdrawal reported anywhere for an entire week. In the previous 10 years, withdrawal delays never lasted more than three days. That's more than enough reason to be seriously concerned.

Just for clarity - are we all waiting for BTC withdrawals or various Cryptos? Otherwise I might just go USDC and Swap myself
