It's gonna have to be pretty soon since we are apparently "keeping" the strait of hormuz and building a disneyland on karg island.

The option for the US is simple - take Kharg Island and set up one of its aircraft carriers just outside the island. If Iran fire any missiles either they will be intercepted or destroy its own infrastructure on the island - meanwhile the US now takes its share of the oil exports (say 30%) and this continues until Iran actually holds the US hand and literally walks them to collect all of their nuclear dust and enriched uranium.

Or maybe just stop trying to impose our will on every other country in the world.

How do we navigate other countries imposing their will in ways that are determined to be negative for US interests?

Western Europe decided history was over for them, and they wouldn't impose their will anymore. And now no one cares what Europe thinks, Europe itself is highly stagnant and literally dying, and nothing was improved by Europe ceding the world stage to actors like China and Russia.

--Dark blue means you are literally dying out. In Europe it is actually worse than Asia. Because in Asia the populations are just contacting, but the people are the same. And they dont provide as much social welfare to seniors, so the economic costs of an inverted pyramid aren't as bad.

In Europe to maintain the social welfare state for seniors, they are bringing in lots of foreign "workers," but the demographic collapse and inverted population pyramid is so profound this is just plugging holes in the Titanic.

And on top, the foreigners aren't assimilating culturally or politically and are the only ones having kids; so if the majority of the people living in Europe in a few generations are not demographically or culturally European, is Europe even a thing anymore?
