2024 Fantasy Football Thread
Welcome to the 2024 fantasy season, where I'm officially addicted to best ball. I've been drafting since the end of Jan
I wouldn't make a habit of taking 2 early QBs, but you recovered okay. The key was waiting on TE.
PPR format, I would've personally taken CD or JJ over JT at pick 8.

I havenβt taken a deep dive yet this year so I just went by ADP early. I liked the JT/AJB start. I do think both CD and Jefferson have bounce back years. Upon first glance it does seem the Kyler/Jefferson/etc stacks could be what you need this year.
Thanks for the response!
Some Parker Washington FUD on BBB
Why is Dart going ahead of Nix on DraftKings?
Is this just about Nix’s ankle?
Nix has a solid 1/2 WR’s. Dart has a coming off injury Nabers and not a solid number two.
Nix has a new play caller who seems to like to play fast. Nix has a much better offensive line. Nix is the better QB IMO.
If Dobbins stays healthy and Harvey improves Denver might actually be a threat to defenses as far as running.
Nix is easy to back stack. I think Engram might be a steal this year based on where he is going. Sign me up for free Bryant.
Dart will run more.
Likely could emerge as a star.
I legit can’t tell if it’s a bit haha. I’m guessing it’s mostly a bit with some level of actual frustration behind it lmao
LD is out. Another large final with peanuts to win if you make it there.
QB Strategy to maximize upside at RB/WR:
QB1 - Anyone between Josh and Dart
QB2 - One of the 4 guys from ATL/CLE, preferably 5 of each if I can help it.
On 2nd thought. 10 teams with QB2 from ATL/CLE and the other 10 teams it'll be in the Malik to Rodgers range.
It’s already 25% full lol.
I also just realized it's not a 20 max lol
Nice! Hopefully your teams turn out well. Better jump in there soon haha.
Another BBM flash sale.
Maybe Deshaun can channel his inner 2020.
fingers crossed
I ended up autoing 38, which puts me at 50 total. It'll be fun going through them later tonight to see how they turned out.
I got 6 in haha, didn’t feel like thinking through auto strategy
Yeah, I didn’t bother with any. I was happy it was a contest that I didn’t want to deal with slows. I’m still in hell from the Puppy 2 lol.
How many slows do you have going?
Jerry Jeudy is interesting. He has been left for dead by his team and the fantasy community. He’s gonna get moved is he not? He’s a bone head but he has skills. He’s put up big fantasy points in stretches. I would think only a team with a legit need would take him. If he doesn’t get moved before the season I could see him still being valuable early while the rookies get acclimated. Cleveland may choose to showcase him. At minimum I see him getting traded at the deadline. I have a feeling he could be an important piece for this season. I could see getting some nice CLV from him and perhaps a guy you need late in the season.
He’s a solid pick.
Kyler feels like the “How did we not see this coming” guy this year. He’s a huge upgrade to Mcarthy. Kyler’s weapons are a massive upgrade to anything he has ever had. The coaching staff is also a massive upgrade. A change of scenery can do wonders to a player who seemed disinterested in Arizona. You know Jefferson is ready for a monster year. If this offensive line stays healthy I think this offense is gonna roll. Murray has a no Tag one year deal. He has a chance to hit free agency and make one last massive contract. They have a nice fantasy playoff schedule as well. He’s cheap in drafts.
This is a solid team.
