I like to pop the whole yolk in my mouth like a gusher.

Best part of the meal is poppin that yolk.

Been on an omelet fix nothing fancy, just whipped eggs and then at the end I might add some cheese and sautéed veggies and or sausauge.

I’ve lived most my life not liking omelets but times change.

Wife’s gramps made a batch of crepes she gave us and I made this with cheese, ham, crème fraiche, spicy Dijon mustard on top and a fried egg.

Been doing José Andrés microwave omelettes a bunch while staying with my parents. Even my elderly Dad can manage to make them.

That pic literally made me so hungry that I had to go fix myself some breakfast.

also inspired to eat, but alas it will not look like that.

I'm all out of créme fraîche so I just had oatmeal but nice pic.
