You’re deliberately choosing to ignore the gains the US has made. You are also ignoring the actual threat Iran is. Iran is attacking hotels, airports and residential areas. They are showing the world what they are willing to do. This President is no longer going to kick the can down the road. Unchecked, Iran would have produced so many missiles and drones that no nation would be able to stop their nuclear program. They would have continued to blackmail the world. I do have a feeling this war is not going quite as well as we would have liked from a time frame standpoint. It might take a little longer. There is no question this operation is the correct thing to do. In the end both Iran and its proxies will be severely weakened. We may have to mow the lawn from to time.
