2. Racist posts and other bigoted statements that target a particular group or individuals of such groups with derogatory comments are not allowed. This should not need further explanation.
3. Graphic Images need to be in spoilers with a trigger warning.
4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

the mass rape accusation is a very important part of this whole disaster. it peddles the well worn racist trope about heathen men defiling the wholesome women. its common usage has been well documented throughout history from the American Natives, to the blacks, Africans, Mexicans, Libyans, Russians, Iraqis.

In Israel, more than 95% of sexual assault allegations do not get even to the prosecution stage, as it is one of the hardest allegations to prove in court.
and that stat is taking into account all the allegations brought forward by the victims, when they can testify against the aggressors.
We have hundreds of eyewitnesses to rapes. Problem is, they can't really testify who got raped and who exactly did the raping out of the Hamas operatives. They were fleeing for their lives (or rescuing people who were fleeing).
And in a court of law, you can't only prove that a crime was committed, you have to prove who committed it.
