There is almost no chance that is the clothes the girls were wearing when they are abducted. I wouldn't be surprised if they were put in those "uniforms" today for the first time just to be paraded around, mocked and humiliated by Hamas (rumors are they were drugged up too to guarantee compliance with the humiliation ritual).

There were holdouts in the first detente/exchange last year also. There are a lot of potential reasons. I dont think we need to read too much into this, except for commending the Israel system for ruling prisoners could decline being part of exchanges if they choose (If I remember correctly the Israel judicial system made such a ruling last year when a prisoner brought a complaint asking to not be part of an exchange).
