Phase change to "liquid" is probably the wrong model to apply to this. It assumes a conventional temperature increase beyond the melting point. If this were the case, phenomena such as un-burnt paper alongside toasted steel is highly unlikely. Yet we witnessed masses of paper alongside torched cars. Other evidence of unconventional heating included engines of cars burnt out while plastic components on the very same cars remained fully intact. The fusing of material you mention. These phenomena were repeated again and again.
The bending of metal beams, in Judy Woods's lexicon jellified beams, was abundant. But not due to high heat. So what caused these phenomena? By analogy, a microwave oven emits radiation of certain frequencies, thus causing molecules of certain frequencies to increase rates of vibration, while molecules of other frequencies are largely unaffected. Hence a TV dinner may be heated in a cardboard box etc. Bringing the conclusion towards directed energy weapons. Wood cites the Hutchison effect for a known example that such phenomena (also flipped up cars etc) can be deliberately caused by a DEW.
"Controlled demolition" "mini-nukes" belong in the conspiracy theory basket, along with bin laden plane hijacking. This stupidity is spread deliberately by controlled opposition.

What is the point? From her blog seems her point is literally proof by "just look at the photos", and I'm certainly not about to read her book to see if there's more. If you have any point or evidence beyond "just look at these photos of dust", present it.
For those who don't realize this, Judy Wood was struck by a car, her brain was severely damaged, and she spent 7 years in a coma. She's been preyed upon for her credentials by woo-woo conspiracy theorists since. She does not share our reality, and that's not her fault. What's happened to her is sad, and it is people like billy here that are the problem.

I didn't pick anything up from youtube, I figured it out for myself. Where else you gonna fire a laser from that's got enough power to dustify millions of tonnes of steel and concrete and has direct line of sight? Not the ground, people would see the installation and ask questions. Power source would be too heavy to fit on any plane. So we have to assemble it out in space where nobody will find it, bit by bit. Maybe with some big ole solar arrays for the energy source.

It used to be called the JREF forum (James Randi Educational Foundation). It moved to another host years later, but most of those discussions happened when it was the JREF Forum. It was a great hub for conspiracy theorists to show up to and challenge actual qualified experts. It was a good time.

She thinks that when 1 floor collapses and hits the floor below it, that it dislodges the lower floor and the floor above it comes to a complete stop.
