I didn't know Nazis had a haircut.

I heard, but haven't bothered to confirm, that they are all boys. I've also heard he has not conceived them the natural way, but that he makes legal arrangements for the women to inseminate themselves with his sperm which is somehow mailed to them. Lastly, there is a persistent rumor that he broke his dick trying to get some kind of penis pump implant some years ago. I hope nobody is eating while reading this.

I don't do much video viewing when it comes to politics or politics-related issues, but I have seen Elon Musk tweets containing code syntaxes, code snippets and bash commands that would not work. And not like getting an semi-colon wrong or pseudo-code, just things that is more an idea of code.

Which isn't terribly important, but certainly gives the impression of someone who knows of coding as opposed to someone who knows coding.

When you combine it with known cases of him acting as having a deep understanding of a field he does not understand (cave diving, warfare) or fraudulently claiming to be an expert at (gaming, civic service), it starts to get more worrying. Especially when you consider that he is most likely the most powerful bureaucrat in modern US history, and he operates without oversight and seems left completely to his own discretion.

Yeah, he does not know even the basics of good coding practice, from what I've seen and heard. He would barely cut it as a junior dev, my team would have binned him after a week or two. I'd love someone to ask him something basic, like tell me any 3 code smells you look for in new code, or explain dependency injection.

He controls what will be happening to the US civil service with a profound lack of knowledge, and almost zero oversight. What a horrible situation.

Basically what happens in the above clip right? Someone just asks him to name something wrong or out of the ordinary about Twitters tech stack and he just calls them an ******* after stuttering. Maybe your questions are even simpler, but, if anything, you would expect him to have something to say about the bigger picture

I write AHK scripts but it would be pretty absurd to call me a coder considering I work with actual developers

It's idiotic and no programmer would think that was reasonable.

he's done a lot more than that, but from my understanding at some point they always needed to bring in the big guns who could do it better

but that's probably true for most coders, this is why an engineering job at facebook pays 300k whereas one at 2p2 would probably make 40k and that for every facebook engineer there's a good 30+ who work at jobs like coding for 2p2 - which is the group musk would find himself within
