Cal and Stanford along with SMU are somehow headed to the ACC
Poor old Wazzu and Oregon State are now aligned with the MWC in some sort of in-flux relationship
The conferences are huge now, and the schedules are wildly imbalanced. Florida might have the hardest schedule in the history of the sport, while Missouri's playing a sun-belt slate.
FSU and Clemson play each other, but then play ZERO common ACC opponents
Utah/Baylor and Arizona/Kansas State play non-conference games against conference opponents
LSU and USC play in Vegas!
Boise goes to Oregon, a team they've never lost to!
Texas at Michigan!
Alabama at Wisconsin!
Notre Dame at ATM!

My SIL is a Rutgers alum and is convinced “they actually can do well this year” is just me trying to go all Lucy-with-the-football on her again. I’m like, “but seriously, you don’t even play Iowa who can inexplicably score against you!”
I suspect there’s some marketing intern in the b1g office who asked if not getting their asses handed to them 3x per year like clockwork by the same teams (4 in Iowa years) might possibly help build up a little viewership in the NY metropolitan area, but that’s just a theory. It could have been some other type of employee.

main sweat for me is UNC playoff futures, kept piling on there.
We have lots of future lines on them (-1.5 @ Minnesota, -3.5 @ Duke, +3.5 or +4 vs NC State) so we can triangulate their rating pretty accurately as at worst +6.9
With their soft schedule, 40-1 to playoff is just insane value
I wonder if they will leave the lines up during the game... if they look like they are obviously going to beat Minnesota, winning that coin flip game (plus improving their rating) will make it an insane live bet
