No one (remotely reasonable) thinks the presence of a Palestinian flag has anything to do with anti-Semitism.
Haven't been keeping up with this thread recently. Clicked on the last couple of pages and see that we are somehow seeing even more hatred of Jews in this thread than a few months ago. Incredible how things never change.
A war that will only be declared over when there are very few civilians on the losing side left?

Dissident rapper Toomaj Salehi has been given a death sentence for his involvement in the widespread protests that swept Iran in 2022, according to his lawyer.
“An order for the execution of Toomaj Salehi has been issued,” Salehi’s lawyer Amir Raesian tweeted Wednesday.
The rapper has been detained, held in solitary confinement and was allegedly tortured following his arrest.

Jews are regarded as an ethnicity. Not sure why their one state is dismissed or spoken of negatively as an ethnostate. Any white or black or Hispanic majority country could be regarded as an ethnostate by the same rationale, yet only Israel gets the ethnostate treatment because reasons.

Same as Italy allow people with Italians great-great-great parents to take citizenship.
That doesn't make those people ethnically Italian because there isn't one specific Italian ethnicity. Ethnically italian doesn't mean anything.

The Republicans haven't had their way yet so even though USA is a white majority country, there's nothing written in the law at the moment that gives whites some special status as far as becoming citizens.
Israel is not the only country with special laws based on ethnicity though. I find 17 countries that have something like it, though of those probably only Israel/Jews and Armenian are thought of as ethnicities here.

If it makes you feel better, I would be shocked if any of them were charged with anything by the local DA. It is pretty much a lock unless they are extremely violent no one will be charged in NY or USC schools, and probably true in Texas, Georgia and Florida too.

The wild thing is that leftist college students protest when women who were subjected to tremendous abuse under Islamist rule speak out against it. Western leftists are so infatuated with Islamism (or at least their romanticized perception of what Islamism is) they get outraged at anyone who objects to it.
Thing is Jews in the US used to be more like Einstein, Chomsky, Saul Alinsky, Emma Goldman, Bernie... and now things have gotten kinda crappy and mets thinks Jews are all Ben Shapiro or Dennis Prager.

The biggest problem with the SJP protests and why even the most sympathetic administrators cant do anything to appease them is that the demands are completely absurd and divorced from reality.
They are demanding that their schools divest from Blackrock and Vanguard and somehow force Israel to unilaterally "ceasefire" and allow right of return for 5 million Palestinians. It is completely absurd and outside the scope of any reasonable expectation one could make of even a sympathetic administration. There is absolutely nothing to do.
