Depends on the campus. Plenty of schools are wide open for the public to traverse through.

Yeah, don't know what he's talking about. I can't think of any University I've been on that required an ID or didn't allow non-students on campus.

The lower the portion of students from the schools, the more it misrepresents the school's actual involvement.
These schools are big brands. If there are gonna be encampments they allow, best be people that actually go there. And that's not even getting into insurance policies these schools carry, and the ways those are going to be revisited if this becomes a thing.
