The catalyst for all these allegations coming out is the initial allegation from one of his ex employees. The stuff we are arguing about is in addition to that issue. So I’m not seeing how Nick is a victim for “losing” his company.

She grinded 10-20 and 20-40 for a lot of years and when she would play bigger it’d be like 50-100 or 100-200 not huge. I also kinda assumed she was like every other influencer and just portrays a lifestyle theyÂ’re not actually living because 99% of people who live like that don’t actually flash it all over social media but who knows.

She was already married when I played with her and playing at least a couple years at that point and like I said her husband had a pretty big bankroll AFAIK although he wasnÂ’t playing as often at that point. There was no way given the way she played she just hopped in 10-20 she was pretty strong player tbh I donÂ’t know why rickroll said she was weak and could barely beat 1-2. She was on the tighter side though I don't think she would get regular invites to private games. You are getting into semantics regarding him being their boss or employer. There is no dispute that he has a certain amount of power over people like Julia in that he has access to something that they want. He can decide whether or not they play in the HCL games.
That is what makes his sexual advances inappropriate, because he is using that power against the women he is being sexually aggressive with. He isn't just a regular guy sending dick pics to a girl he met on Tinder or asking for nudes. He has access to a unique opportunity that these women want and he is leveraging that to his advantage here.
