I guess that's for people to decide for themselves and for courts to rule on. To most reasonable people, what he did and said was clearly incitement. The fact that his supporters went out and did it is strong supporting evidence that it was incitement.
In any case, whether it was or wasn't, that has nothing to do with your ridiculous assertion that it wasn't incitement by reason of the fact that most of the people who went and did it were incompetent idiot thugs. That fact has absolutely no bearing on whether it was or wasn't incitement. Also, it's not like a bunch of people who aren't incompetent idiot thugs were going to volunteer for the task, is it? I haven't checked the statute but given the decision is based on executive power i really hope legally Trump, if he wins, can rescind the status before it expires
