Surprised McLovin didn't qualify that with something like, "unless they're covered in poutine, of course."


I am not a fan of poutine.


I prefer the french Scrambled egg over the folded or old style scramble.

Found this cleaning out a cabinet yesterday.



baked in the oven for around 10 minutes on 380*, flipped halfway through
only had sourdough rounds in the house and the flavor was probably too strong
would probably be better with french or white

Potato pancakes topped with scrambled eggs and chorizo gravy.

Didn't have any stuffing leftover to do stuffing waffles, but leftover mashed potatoes worked fine as a base.

I could see inside if the yolk was firmer. This way looks like the optimal strategy as played.

it's becaues i recently watched Jacques Pepin make a couple of different versions of croque monsieur

and the madame includes an egg bonnet (or two) on top
a fancy iteration may also be served with bechamel
