yes, Dak and Romo are actually the same QB. Above average starter who can be a top 10 starter but will never be a top 5 starter and doesn't seem to be able to come through when it matters. So you have to go with them, you're gonna have to pay them top rate, but you're probably never gonna win it all. But also not gonna bottom out.

my POV on the Boys is that I think the Joneses are actually pretty good evaluators of talent/drafters. Definitely above average. But their broader GMing skills are no good and the overlap of owning/GMing is really unhelpful for things like coach selection/evaluation, cap management, overall roster construction and player retention. And of course, holding the GM staff accountable for the above failures
