The food all looks incredible.

Thats a huge meal with all the sides. Surely not all you?

Split between two people, it was still a lot. Ate pretty much all of it except half the mac and cheese was left over and the pumpernickel bread wasn’t great. Not sure how that made it on to the bread plate next to the absurdly good pretzel bread.

The search function does not seem to be working. Which restaurant would you choose for someone if they could eat one dinner at Venetian? This is for a friend who will be there for only a couple of nights. I'm thinking Bazaar Meats, but I'm open to suggestions.

One breakfast/brunch at Venetian?

Is there anyplace close you recommend over Venetian restaurants?

Thanks!

Breakfast/brunch is definitely Bouchon (their dinner is also great)

Dinner, I think Bazaar Meat is a fantastic option

Well, shoot. Bazaar Meats isn't at Venetian yet.

I have never had anything other than an outstanding meal at Yardbird. Food and vibe are awesome

And it’s not super expensive - it’s expensive but not intimidating

Vouching for brunch is A+ too

I’ve been to Yardbird twice and thought it was pretty average both times. Same with Chica.

For one meal at V I’d go to Cut or Delmonico.

Oh man, I love it. Chicken, the St Louis Ribs, all the sides

Yardbird is amazing. I'm not sure why you are comparing it to a $100+ steak.

Breakfast/brunch is 100% Bouchon. Lots of good options for dinners IMO.

I’m not comparing them? The question was where to go if you had one meal choice at Venetian. This is also the fine dining thread.

Maybe I just went on some off days but the first time I had Yardbird I got the fried chicken and it was just kind of not that hot or crispy. The second time I got the ribs and they were like 6/10. The deviled eggs were really good. It was disappointing because I was expecting the chicken to be incredible and it wasn’t even as good as Popeye’s honestly.

Never been to Edo but Bazaar Mar has been great all three times I went. It can get quite expensive if you’re ordering all of the small bites. The steak is a lot of food for $75, enough to split with someone really. If you download the InKind app you can get $50 off your first visit and buy discounted food credit packages ($625 of food credit for $500, $1300 for $1000, etc). If

Your posts about InKind have been really helpful. I hadn’t heard of it before. I looked it up and like how you can apparently use it without announcing to the world that you’re using it. One challenge, though, is that it’s hard to find a straightforward list of all the restaurants that accept it. It keeps showing map views, etc. I would love to see as many of the good Vegas restaurants you’ve used it at as you can remember. We aren’t the sorts to venture off strip much, or to go with lower-tier restaurants. We like fine dining when we’re in Vegas. What are some of the restaurants you’ve enjoyed that fall into this category in Vegas and accept InKind? Thank you!

There’s only about 10-15 places in Vegas that take it as of now. Toca Madera, Sparrow and Wolf, Bramare, and The Guest House are probably the best ones. There’s a sushi spot at Caesar’s on there too and some casual dining spots like Prince Street Pizza and the sandwich spot at Durango Station.

Mother Wolf and Bazaar Meat are on there in Los Angeles but not Vegas yet, really hoping they add those at some point for Vegas.

Costco sells InKind gift cards $70 for $100 worth, or $60 for $100 worth when they’re on sale. If you sign up for the $100/year premium service, InKind gives you a $50 off $150 coupon every month. Combine that with the gift cards and you’re paying $60 for a $150 dinner. Can’t beat that.

Have you ever had a restaurant decline InKind or any of the coupons used together, etc.? Any problems?

Nope; works every time. The coupons get applied automatically when you check out. Also don’t have to wait for your server to come back or worry about them stealing your credit card info. Great product, no idea how they actually make money with such big discounts but I’m not complaining.

Pro tip - if you have a friend/spouse with an account, you can split the bill and use multiple coupons, so if you have two people and a $300 bill, split it into $150 each and both people can use a $50 off code. You can also transfer funds to each other. They also randomly send additional codes too. I’ve had them send me $100 off $100 codes before.

Thanks so much for this list! Very helpful.

If you scroll down under the price in features, there's a link to a pdf of all participating places. Long long long list

I'm gonna be back in town next month, and this thread convinced me to visit sparrow & wolf. Plan is the tasting menu with pairings. Will be ubering to and from now.

They clearly detailed the price breakdown at reservations:
135 plus 75 with tax and autograt : $526.60 total (for 2)

With the $50 inkind app discount, I can also use 4 costco gift certs worth $400 (which I can buy online for $240), and like $76 in cash?

Seems too good to be true

It is real, I use them all the time. $526 for 2 at sparrow and wolf seems crazy to me but half price ain’t bad. Forgot to mention Bazaar Mar on the list of top tier Vegas restaurants that take InKind.

Instead of $76 cash might as well just get another $100 card for $60 and take a couple desserts to go or something.

Don't you have to have an InKind app or register, etc., and keep money in the app or something like that? If so, does it last indefinitely? Only a couple of spots near me take it, so didn't seem worth it.

If you weren’t happy with a place twice I would never say try it a third time but yardbird is one of my favorite places in Vegas.

You don’t have to keep anything in funds on the app. You can get 20% credit back on any credit card purchases made. The Costco deal is by far the best though.

that is pretty interesting concept... choices are a little thin, but it's a cool idea.

What is the best non-steakhouse FD place to blow some comps at The Wynn?

For the InKind inquirers, Carversteak is now on there. Going tomorrow night, will report back with pics/review.

Mizumi and wing lei both are great and overpriced so perfect to go to spend comps.
