It's 6pm, Tuesday. I was Edward Norton in Fight Club earlier, now I'm something of a 2-dimensional robot.

I'm seriously doubting the 30-hour-wakeful interval strategy is viable. I'll make it to midnight tonight, but I'm expecting things to become increasingly difficult.

I used reverse psychology on Mom tonight.

I'm too exhausted to drive. My caloric deficit was begging for a pizza.

Me: I'm starving. Can you please pick me up a pizza?
Mom: You're not eating pizza.
Me: I'm taking ativan tonight.
Mom: I don't want you taking that every night!!
Me: I'm taking it as prescribed. Would you rather me be hospitalized?
Mom: Of course not.
Me: Then please pick me up a pizza.

Delicious.

I might have a Goo Goo Dolls type problem with how good theses blog posts have been lately.

Just kidding. Virtuosos never run out of ideas.

I'm heading to the gym for workout #3 today. Shooting for 9 or 10 miles walked total.

Today was rough, and I was in a pretty shitty mood for a while.

I spoke with my very first childhood friend and I feel terrific now.

Another childhood friend got in touch with me to talk about the quality of my writing.

He had very kind things to say.

I know there are a few specific strategies I use while writing, but other than that, even I am surprised at how far I've come.

Lesson One -

Mono-syllables are King.

Lesson Two -

Get to the subject or point as fast as possible.

Lesson Three -

Don't be afraid to invent new words. If you are doing so rationally, they will probably be sound.

The night pill has been cooking for 40 minutes.

The past 30 hours has felt like a marathon.

The rest is up to God. I have to pray that my insomnia will subside eventually.

Slept = 1.5hrs
Awake = 2am, Wednesday

I feel rejuvenated.

The next few days I will be taking an Ativan at normal bedtime.

Hope all my readers are doing just fine.

Probably heading to the gym in a little bit.

I should aim to get anything important done in the next few hours while my stamina is at its height.

You know that I care
What happens to you
And I know that you care
For me too
So I
Don't feel alone
Or the weight of the stone
Now that I've found somewhere safe to bury my bone
And any fool knows a dog needs a home
A shelter

Music is absolutely hitting right now. Gym time. Bye.

You can write a song about anything.

But most songs focus on either Love, Pain, Drugs, Money, or The Natural World.

I went through a bad breakup, and listened to the following song ad nauseum.

It's the best breakup song. Billy's lyrics cut incredibly deep, while the music gently guides your mind to a better place.

I love the Smashing Pumpkins. Nobody gives bad news quite like Billy.

Despite being on 90 minutes of known sleep last night I am having an excellent day.

I've been to the gym 3 times, and will be working out a 4th before bed.

Has life always been maximally beautiful?

Or am I totally having a spiritual awakening??

Walked 10 miles today on a treadmill, split up between four workouts.

(I have a story to tell that relates to these numbers at a later date*)

Awake - 8pm, Wednesday
