Hello, i have an issue today with WPT Global client, is the server offline?
Having an issue opening tables. I can register for events, but as soon as I try to open the table, it gets stuck "loading resources" at 98% then says "Loading data failed, please try again later". This only happens on my PC, works perfectly fine on Macbook. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello guys. I have been trying to withdraw money from wptg for one week exactly now. My kyc verification is completed and verified. I then tried to withdraw money(2000$) but wptg has it on hold because they are doing "account checks". Has anyone had the same problem with them?
I have been in contact with support several times and the only andeler I Get back is that this is a normal account review procedure.
Thought wptg was a legit poker site but im really concerned at the moment.
Support is no help as they give the same answer all the time

Yeah, it's standard. Might take a week or two to get sorted.
personally didn't get this issue, I cash out in crypto though so maybe that's why it's faster?
It is a standard procedure across the industry on regulated sites : it just takes longer to withdraw/get verified then it is to deposit, but don't worry bro, all should be good

I totally understand that if I was not verified, but that is not the case now. Im suspecting that they are delaying withdrawals so the players have the opportunity to lose the funds on games.
I shall wait another week and see, the support is for no help tho

Let's give a specific example, holdem 10/20/40. The player (Bilzerian84, ID 6637526) has played 150k hands at this limit, he is a strong player who has already won a lot of money for such a number of hands, how can you explain that he still sees all the tables in the lobby?
If this is an algorithm error, could you please fix it manually? As it is unfair to other players.

How do you know he has won a lot of money?

If you plan to play much volume on WPT, you need to immediately lose any hope of understanding or agreeing with the system. It may or may not work as intended and help the ecosystem overall, but that's separate from any logic you can apply to it.
Two regs will play hu, and you won't be able to join. Then you will play one of them hu, and the third guy will be able to sit.
32/8s with 200 hands will be tagged while seemingly winning 28/20s with 300k hands will not.
Tables will be locked and unlocked for you at random, and you will just miss out on sitting god tables constantly.
All of this (and much more) happened under Alex's watch and he seemed to actually care about the system working.
I'm currently sitting alone at two identical tables - one is shown in the lobby for everyone, one is locked to other HSPs.
Accept that the system works as reliably as AIs/LLMs work when asked simple questions and hopefully you will avoid going insane. Good luck!
Omg, you can't even filter by stakes. Me, like a lot of people, play 102040 and 51020. That means I have to click between stakes and look for tables? Furthermore, why do you show tables where I cannot join? I mean, I have to open table, click seat , won't let me, open another, won't let me... And if I want to see two different stakes, I have close the stake and open the other one? And if I do this, it will show me another table where I cannot play? This is just disgusting software. And you can't even make the lobby smaller! Are you kidding us?
