3. Graphic Images need to be in spoilers with a trigger warning.
4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

It's only incitement if you actually try to push people to kill (or otherwise use violence) right there at that very moment.
So statements like "it would be very good if all members of group X were tortured and murdered because they are disgusting" is 100% legal speech in the USA.
Statements like "guys you should learn to shoot and organize and go kill people of group X" is where the actually gray area starts (yes really).
If talking to people you start actually organizing them to actually go and assassinate others, that's not protected speech
Even in Israel, the call from the river to the sea is legal and the protesters' right to this call cannot be denied. Of course, if the call is part of incitement to violence, it may amount to a criminal offense.
But our Supreme Court has ruled that the right to protest and the use of such calls is legitimate.
This does not rule out that everyone who calls from the river to the sea is an anti-Semitic scum who hates Jews, or a quisling.
I wish I could find the video from right after Oct 7th of those guys in New York begging to turn Gaza into a parking lot and murder tons of people. wonder if that was incitement?

the point was not - what are the laws in Germany, but that context matters. that calls for revenge on October 7th, are not equivalent to calls to murder Jews 24/7 for 76 years
