Flank steak marinade is lime orange grapefruit juice plus zest, garlic, jalapeΓ±o, cumin, salt, cilantro mashed up in a mortar and slices of jalapeΓ±o and onion

Cooked on comal

Fresh tias

Pickled red raw white onion, cilantro, papas, arugula salad


Guess I'm making tacos.

There has to be someone on Etsy that makes ceramic plates that look like paper plates. I hope I get Schu in the secret santa this year.


They had flank steak on sale for $6.99/lb, so I bought eight of them and froze a few. Wish I had bought more. Such a delicious cut when done right!
