Took some chicken breasts and sous vide them with the chipotle marinade mentioned above (Chipotles in adobo, garlic, lime, cumin, cilantro)
Chipotle marinade blended with sour cream and lime juice
Fresh masa tortillas then fried the diced chicken on the comal
Summers peak brand frozen fire roasted veggies from Costco
Baby spinach and cilantro
Mexican cheese
