It's been a pleasant day today watching a wren work his ass off all day building a nest on my back patio, right outside my office window. I'll try to get some pics once the poor little guy's attracted a spouse, don't want to scare him off just yet.
Didn't take a picture this time, but here's one from when he stayed with me before. Looks pretty much the same.

My dogs won't remain still long enough while outside to take a non-blurred pic. Unless they're doing their business or sniffing some patch or pile of an unidentifiable substance.
Those two guys seem to have something in their sights. I'd be a little concerned about Dozer's stare if I were manning the camera.

Get a pointer. A mile walk can take forever.
My previous dog Hershey (who is now in doggy heaven) and current dog Astro are both shelties, but they couldn't be more different outside. Hershey was a sun worshipper who loved to sit on the grass as seen in the picture of him toward the end of his life. Astro on the other hand craves shade and likes to sit in the dirt.
