Andor was fantastic. The only thing that didn't quite work is the episode where Cass is on the planet with thew two stupid warring factions. Brilliant otherwise, with a perfect ending.

Mobland is great, dirty fun. Really enjoying it.

The Last Of Us. Just give Joe Pantoliano the guest Emmy right now. Holy ****. That was brutal.

Loved season 1 of Andor but 6 episodes into season 2 and it's painful. Think I'm done with it

yeah i can barely remember what is happening at ep 5.

maybe if i had watched season 1 right before, but right now im bored at ep6.

only kept going because of reviews.

Andor S2 Ep 1-6 certainly arent as good as the rest. Ep 7-12 are some of the best arcs in the whole series. Ep 8 and 9 are goat television

Just rewatched New Girl for about the 5th time.

The only reason it's not No 1 on my all time comedy list is because of how much Simpsons / Seinfeld meant to me at the time, but realistically I would watch over them easily now.

Finished off S4 of Righteous Gemstones.

No frills, forgettable comedy overall but this season did have a lot of laughing moments. Edi Patterson who played Judy was probably the unsung comedic hero of the entire series. These kinds of silly shows must be a blast to make.

IDK why but Righteous Gemstones never quite hit for me. I had fun, but it was just.. to much? Pretty funny sometimes, but none of the storylines were really interesting imo. I liked Vice Principals alot more

Rewatching Californication

Almost 20 years old. First 4 seasons are Showtime gold imo, i forgot how much fun this show is

Think I watched 1 or 2 seasons when it came out and remember kinda feeling the same. Meaning to rewatch it all at some point now it's finished.

I think I probably just had way too high expectations given the cast.

Kim Coates has joined the Negan/Maggie version of The zombified Walking Dead. He's my favorite Canadian journeyman actor playing bit parts in every creative genre show. Coates was in the premiere of the Outer Limits, note the source author;

Mobland still going strong for me, xcept any part that has Helen Mirren in it, she is not a good actress, i really believe her acting ability is all hype, literally every scene shes in is the part that seems OTT Fake etc just wouldnt happen.

Anyone watching Duster on HBO?

For the Lost fans: Josh Holloway plays Sawyer again, nicknames and all, now in the 70's with a cool car as an FBI informant.

Im really liking it 2 episodes in. Its not pretending to be prestige tv, just simple old school fun.

I really enjoyed the first episode....fantastic production design/wardrobe. Great 70s vibe. Holloway and the rookie FBI chick are both great.

Didn't realise Nathan Fielder's The Rehearsal season 2 had come out!

Didn't realise Nathan Fielder's The Rehearsal season 2 had come out!

I came here just to recommend, 2 episodes in and it's quality ñ

idk about the Rehearsal, I found season 1 consisted of a bunch of weird awkward stuff. Especially the last couple episodes. What the heck was that? Not only was nothing rehearsed, it didn't even have a script.

yeah, I just do not like the whole Fiedler thing. It's not entertaining to me.

I bailed out of Season 1 because it got too weird. However, I watched the first 2 eps of S2 and it's very good.

Latest Murderbot episode was just ok for me. I think it's getting dangerously close to being a one-joke show.

I absolutely love Mobland and Tom Hardy. Could watch this thing every night of the week with just him driving around meeting other gangsters for a sit down

That said Brosnan and Mirren are at times in an entirely different show it seems. Not bad just not as good as the stuff Hardy is doing

I’m only 2 episodes into Mobland but it hooked me in the first 5 minutes. Agree with the previous post, I could watch Tom Hardy in this role every night.

moblsbd sounds very interesting

Dept Q on Netlifx

We finally got another good crime procedural on Netflix? Reviews have been great and really enjoyed the first episode

Mad Unicorn on netflix, its based on a true story.

Probably the best show coming out of thailand, everyone loves it. Super funny.

season finale of Mobland:

That was amazing. The scene between Kevin and Conrad in prison was spectacular. Best performances of both Brosnan and Considine's careers. They've always been great, but holy ****. And...

Was wondering how they were going to realistically keep Jan with Harry...

Spoiler
Show

I assume she will now stay with him out of guilt for almost killing him.

Next season: power plays between Seraphina, Kevin, and Eddie? And how will Harry fend off Kat? And will Toby Jones be back as the corrupt older cop? RIP Kiko.

Very entertaining season. I also lowkey love the psychopath that is Paul.

Question tho:

Spoiler
Show

If Bella wanted to take down her father, why did she have Harry get the first recording off of Antoine in the first place?

Dept Q on Netlifx

I really liked this Scottish procedural. The sarcastic dialogue between various characters alone made it worthwhile to me. The actors are well cast and perform well especially the lead. Yes,the fabulous Kelly Macdonald shines in her scenes but is in a secondary role. The Dept Q team slowly unravel a very complicated mystery with many unusual and tricky characters. This was the most complex one of this genre I have ever seen. The show also focuses on a second mystery of a murdered policeman that I don't think was fully resolved in the show. I can't say that I liked the brutal and sadistic violence in it. It was severe in the final episode. I kind of blanked out of those scenes. Apart from that , enjoy.
