yes, my friend told me to stop playing for a few days to reset it or something so I’m playing elsewhere in the meantime, this is kind of annoying
I wrote to support about it and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, some sort of automated system to ensure security, preventing people to bumhunt or datamine but I literally get the message after a few seconds it’s ridiculous

I had something similar happened to me the other day, wrote about the hand on which table to support and they refunded me what I put in the pot
Why is it the case that when we want to report someone we have to choose two players?
Yesterday someone made the most egregious river call against me with just Queen high (I had a combo draw that missed on an AK board). There is no way that it was his own decision. Yet when I went to report him, the system demanded I report two players. How does that make sense??
Hey everyone,
I’ve been playing on WPT Global for a while now from Thailand without any issues. But for the past 3 days, I can only access MTTs – cash games and other formats are gone from the client. What’s much worse: I now have no access at all to my account balance.
I contacted support, but all I’ve been getting are useless replies, saying they’ll notify me ”If there is any progress or a scheduled reopening”. Since my second attempt to contact them they ignore me completely.
No timeline, no explanation, no solution.
Other players (maybe all) from Thailand are affected too.
Any idea what we can do? This feels like a complete lockout of my funds.
Would appreciate any advice.

So we were not crazy.... Come on WPT, fix this, it's easy to identify them, or just make new accounts the need to get verified if they are regs!
What’s up with WPT Global in Thailand? Apparently they closed cashier and not allowing withdrawals anymore, can someone share any reason why?

Hi, I was lagged off the tables and now I have about $1500 USD in stuck funds that I cant retrieve. Can an admin get back to me please?

I tried to contact them thru multiple channels, but get no information about what’s going on or when I will be able to withdraw. At this point all we can do is speculate by ourself. The fact that there is no communication about it is so unprofessional by a big brand like WPT.
“On 28 May 2025, we will be closing the cashier, cash games and casino for 6 months. We will have live events in Thailand and you can keep playing MTT within this period. You are invited to withdraw your balance with immediate effect. Within this temporary period, you can find a local money exchanger for deposits and withdrawals. “
Dear WPT users
For safety reasons, deposits and withdrawals must be made via the admin only.
New steps for adding money:
1. Contact the admin on Line >> @wptglobal-th
2. Inform us of your intention to add money
3. Receive the QR Code and make a transaction
4. Send proof of transfer + UID to the admin to confirm the amount

You and many others I suspect cause it’s taking awhile. This is the last place you should ask for help, try emailing customer care

Where did you get this information? I was not informed of this and now cannot withdraw/play cash games. Anyone else in thailand with this same issue?
I am from Thailand and have same situation : MTT Only . Didn't try to withdraw funds.
WPT GLobal support have just replied to me when i asked about potential "cash closure for thai players for 6 months".
