I have googled as many variants of that as I can think of and have not found one single thing that says the president has the authority to release something he doesn't have (the files are under the control of the DOJ via the FBI). It's odd that you keep saying it's easy to find but haven't shown it. Can he order Pam Bondi to release them? Sure. Does she have to do it? Nope. Can he fire her if she doesn't? Sure. Can he do it anyway (illegally)? Sure. But not legally.

The entire point is Joe Biden was never going to overstep his authority to order that because he maintained that the DOJ was independent of the president. He certainly wasn't going to violate Bell's first principle and ruin that. Even if the president had that authority (he doesn't), Biden was NEVER going to use it in that way because it undermined his principles of separation. The fact that you've spent x posts not getting the basic argument is just LOL at this point.
