That said, your link is in relation to Ross Ulbricht no? He was convicted of actual criminality and then eventually pardoned after around 12 years. I don't see any criminal allegations against Kashanian. She's been in the US for nearly half a century, since she was a teenager, far longer than she's been in Iran, so I very much doubt she's a threat. This just smacks of xenophobia and ICE appear to be getting more and more reminiscent of the secret police for an increasingly authoritarian administration. I really don't think you wish for your country to be inevitably compared to former Iron Curtain nations or Putin's Russia here.

That was a consideration for the Palestinians before they decided to invade Israel and drag hostages back into their terror tunnels. Although it does seem likely that Israel will start winding down the war in Gaza now that they’ve mostly defanged Iran.

LOL. Iran was kicked out of Syria and Lebanon, who are allegedly in the process of normalizing relations with Israel. Hamas is a shell of what it was. Iran itself literally has no air defense anymore.
Iranian power and influence in the Arab world has been tremendously degraded, to the benefit of all Arabs, especially Palestinians.

Western media, that is generally sympathetic to Iran, doesn't spend a lot of time reporting on it. But you can find information on Iran's show trials, imprisonments and executions if you look, although probably a lot easier if you understand Farsi and can just get it straight from the source.
