My bad I meant I’d my checkin is at 4 and I want to get in earlier. Would the 20$ trick work if I say is there any way I can check in earlier
Even a 10 works.
I usually tip a 20 if it's before 9am
I have checked in and out of hotels 200+ times these past 3 years..

I’m taking my wife to Coldplay on Saturday- she has something going on with her foot so trying to cut down on walking if possible. Anyone have experience taking a car service (not uber) to Allegiant? If so can they get closer to entrances than an uber?
I'm pretty ignorant of that area. My only knowledge of Dean Martin is from staying at the Rio. I drive across Flamingo onto that big circle, then get on Dean Martin heading west/south. All of that is still open, it's just closed off as it nears Tropicana because they are rebuilding that corner.
Couple of quick questions if I may:
Best place to get a haircut on or near the strip at a reasonable price?
Best place to do laundry on or near the strip at a reasonable price?
(By on or near the strip I mean preferably walking distance as won’t have a car)

I mean... props for legitimate good informational questions, but I have no way of answering those... becasue mainly the strip is miles long so it depends on where the strip you are, and secondly, I dont really use those services myself close to the strip... But they are great questions.
I think maybe in one of the malls for hair cutting... but I can't even picture where, in one of the main malls on the strip, I remember seeing a salon.
Miracle Mile mall has a salon on the 1st level... 702-808-8880
Fashion Show Mall has a salon on the second level... 702-476-4883
dont expect those to be 'inexpensive'... but maybe 40-75 for a simple cut... not really sure though
this is the closest laundry mat I can find... 3140 S Valley View Blvd #10, Las Vegas, NV 89102. it's walkable, but it is a few miles.... past the palms casino
idk I used the 20$ trick and i was able to get a late checkout, 3pm checkoiut
the year prior i didn't do 20$ and they told me when I asked for a late checkout the latest they could do was noon
Don't know if this is what you meant but to get to Cosmo/aria through Dean Martin you have to make a left on Jerry Lewis if you are going north on Dean Martin and then head east on Harmon (a left) and Cosmo entrance is a left right before lbv but to get to aria parking lot you have to make a right on lbv .

Harmon is the street. it curls around by the dean to get to dean martin blvd and then in&out burgers. NO NEED to go by Tropicana road for those looking to get a burger there. you can even access dean martin from industrial or by the back side of Caesars.
Played Friday the 6th buyin. A few levels in a noted a mark on the Qh but didn't say anything (perhaps I should have? I don't usually deal with marked cards). For reference it was on the side towards the top corner, a line maybe about 1mm long (basically from the pattern to the edge of the card).I didn't get the Qh again, but maybe 2 - 3 hours later I got dealt another marked c
You definitely should say something any time you see a marked card, but it's very unlikely someone was deliberately marking the Queens.
Marking Aces would be much more likely.

Dunno about the haircut personally. There might be some hotels that have an inhouse barber but prices may not be reasonable.
If no car then would probably suggest looking into a laundromat that does pickup/dropoff, if they still do this. Nothing on or near the Strip unless you take a bus/uber.
Not necessarily LVL-specific, but is it allowed at most poker rooms to get a massage at an empty table? There have been a few massages I've gotten while in a cash game that were so good that I had no interest in playing any hands, so I'm wondering if I could just get up and get one at an empty table instead of staying there and just folding outright

Probably not an issue. I will point out that at Bellagio there are a couple of massage chairs right outside the room over in the sportsbook, so you could always ask to have the massage there instead of at the table.
You can also take a couple of missed blind buttons.
Hey guys! I am a new here.
Vegas kind of stole my heart after a few trips, so I made a little Notion guide with spots to eat, get around, watch sports — even added a map to make things easier. I hope it helps someone see Vegas in a new light or fall for it like I did. Totally free, no ads or anything like that — just my own notes as a fellow Vegas fan. If you're curious, feel free to message me or check my profile — the link's there.
And hey, if you ever think I’m just some promo bot or something, feel free to message me — I’m real and always happy to chat! I just don't know how to make this message less promotional 😃

yes... there is NOTHING wrong with using empty tables for pretty much anything... eating, massage, waiting...
Depends on the type of massage.
I remember a guy changing his pus filled eye patch at an empty table before returning to my table. I told him to go wash his hands.
Most years someone creates a spreadsheet or something with a list of the tournies via various cardrooms, has anyone seen this this year? If not, whats the best site to check out to check out the tourny options?
Thanks

Tried to buy a pack of used Bellagio cards to bring back as a gift. Apparently MGM Resorts doesn't sell used cards anymore. I asked when that changed and the lady said about seven years ago but that some other properties still sell them. Was a little surprised at this, but I guess it's not a total surprise. Anyways, figured this random tidbit was worth passing along since I found it interesting.
IDK if they'll have the Bellagio branded cards, but I'm pretty sure I've seen various casinos represented in the ABC store in the Miracle Mile. Maybe only CET properties?
I was going to say... if you dont need Bellagio branded cards, there are MUCH BETTER playing cards available online... MUCH BETTER

There's actually a booth outside of the Paris ballroom which I believe had CET branded and I think even older WSOP ones. There was just a preference for Bellagio specific ones but it's not the end of the world. Looks like there's plenty on eBay.
I'm curious if the old Phil Ivey / Borgata edge sorting case had anything to do with MGM stopping the sale of cards. Wouldn't be surprised to be honest, but who knows.

I did buy a pack of cards from Park MGM like five years ago. they were all green though (instead of black and red). more useful for blackjack than anything else.
