Week 61 RecapGreetings,Interesting week, routine was good and performance felt good. Good study time esp in mornings, have been really hard to study mid day (after first session) so will try to put all the study time in mornings. Felt like I was up decent amount of money during the week but in reality it was me climbing out of hole...which might be harder if I knew how deep in

Good idea to not look at results during the week, i may copy that from you but you accidently see balance on poker client and it confuses you right?

but you accidently see balance on poker client and it confuses you right?

imagination met with reality and it frustrated me, to the point that it influenced my plays quality (tilt).

Week 62 Recap

Greetings,
Weird one, routine was bad and performance felt bad... full switch from previous week. I'm happy for $ and volume but I did not feel like I played my best. First time being disappointed about making +1k$ a week, weird. Did look at results the whole week and think that's the way to going forward. Very proud about reaching 180$ RB (25% -> 30%) last time I did it was in March, took me 30h of playing / 13k hands ... will make it my standard volume goal for every week.
For the following week want to focus on good routine workouts/sleep/meditation/study while keeping volume/performance good (despite results).
Playing everyday (Mon/Thu only 1 evening session).

Received second letter from Optibet in a year where they ask why I am holding as much money in my account and withdrawing only small amounts. Don't like it and probably will move to some gray/crypto room.

Week 63 Recap

Greetings,
Sloppy week, happy with volume but that about it, routine/sleep/quality/meditation is pretty bad. So this week bigger focus will be on those 3, do enforce it started doing morning runs in near by forest and putting down all devices after 22:00. The struggle has been putting everything together volume/quality/routine but slowly getting better at that.

Week 64 Recap

Greetings,
Good start to the week and felt really good after following my no devices after 22:00, volume did suffer as I adjusted to new routine. Sunday had bad session where I made few punts(prob tilt inflicted) combined with few punts scattered though out the week, results are not the best.... Will make blunder log where I track my blunder to make bigger effort to avoid punting in game. Besides that feeling good and eager to put in good last week of the month combining everything I been doing on occasion doing good quality/volume/mental/study/workouts/sleep/diet/time with gf/meditation/ Chill.

For the following week Thursday free, Monday single session and rest of the week normal grind.

Week 65 Recap

Greetings,
Good week, happy with performance and results. Felt like I put everything together, (quality / volume / mental / study / workouts / sleep / diet / time with gf / meditation / chill), well almost put everything together as Sunday I could have played better but had terrible sleep (because of headache) and lacked quality of play. A lot of positives to carry over, no devices after 22:00 (better sleep + quality time with gf), Morning Runs (every 2nd day) for better energy/performance, Blunder log , actively think about avoiding doing BS.

Following week want to have similar success as last week so will have similar routine/rules as last week. Also will play small hyper live donakment Monday but besides that same grind routine.

Week 66 Recap

Greetings,
Pretty distracting week. Started playing new pc game for fun and got pretty distracted and knowing that Saturday & Sunday would have mtt online decided to take foot of the gas. Not happy with decisions but don't regrade it too much. Gonna go back to week's 65 focus and crush again. Also lost that MB 109$ donkament w/ AA (so rigged ofc), at peek had 4x starting but no cash no bounties. Live mtt was not that fun as I imagined (didn't win a hand for 2h and lost).

Week 68 Recap

Greetings,
Good result, routine was decent/good but did feel low on energy at many times during the week, might need to improve my diet (have been enjoying burgers way to much). Sleep and workouts are good (running in nearby forest every 2nd day). When I decided to go play live satty (lost but had good run and was fun) I already knew I wouldn't reach my volume goals and with my lowered energy decided to chill out a little.
This following week want to put in good performance and volume, combined with good routine. And if I complete most of my set goals will play live mtt next Monday.

Week 69 Recap

Greetings,
Bad week all around, really F up my week when I watched w/friends Jungle crush Monarch while also playing 2-3 tables on the side (played till 5am lol). The positives of the week was volume and diet, everything else felt half done. Also stayed at few tables a bit too long even playing Regs HU, despite thinking I have small edge (not enough to beat rake) that quicky faded away as I got annoyed by being unable to beat my opponent. Failed my last weeks goal so skipped live mtt, did set new goals which I'm excited about as they are pretty challenging (will play live cash next week if I get 95% of them done)

Week 70 Recap

Greetings,
Bad week, routine was good and happy with closely following my set goals and targets, but poker wise was underperforming a lot. Mainly in big spots pure blundering them and killing my results. I have few idea why that might be happening but not 100% clear. Will do few changes to improve my mental/quality of play and also change Friday free instead of Thursday as my performance/discipline fades as week progresses, Saturday/Sunday being the best days to grind online (hope having free day before helps my weekend grind).
Not gonna play live cash today as part of my goals was to at least win buy-in for live cash.

Okeyish week, routine was decent but faded away during weekend, poker wise still underperforming a good amount but better. Really enjoyed change to play Thursday instead of Friday. Really enjoyed change to play Thursday instead of Friday.

I'm seriously starting to wonder how essential 'weekend' play actually is these days. So many random weekday evenings jammed with angry fish for no discernable reason.

Hand #5/QTo... I'd struggle to put them on much with that dry of a board after the x/r and overweight them Jx tbh. Thus X turn, we're blocking bluffs and bet folding the equity seems ouch. River logical AP but if we gave them too little credit otf, then turn x/c range might be too showdown heavy to work >50%. Be surprised if they fold 88.

Lol @ fish.fm.

I would say Mon-Fri Morning-Midday games are 3 or 4/10 Evening being 6 or 7/10. And Saturday-Sunday are 6/10 Mornings - Midday and 8/10 Evenings. But that my small Party Pool and games have gotten better in September (everyone is back from last Summer day vacations)

Opponent was aggro-Reg, and tbh I give him almost 0 Jx, J8s being only one but doubt his calling that from SB (as the only reason he called was BB being whale)... To XR AJ vs Whale who still can have better + into Preflop aggressor who is betting into 2 players (even if its smaller size, MW should size down) I think would be overplay and don't think this guy would do that. Turn bet is meh, I normally do 1/3 idk why I sized up. River I like because his main value hands imo are 88 44 and board running out the way it did are downgraded (1 combo quads, 3 combos trash FH) and me opening and prob calling all Jx OTF ( J7s J8s J9s JT QJ KJ AJ JJ ). Felt like a great spot where are I get almost range fold unless he has 1 combo of quads or my flop assumption is wrong and has AJ.

I would assume he would fold 88 given it was MW + all the action but I was ready to take the L if he does call with that.

I'm kind of an aggro-reg these days and I'd play AJ/KJo vs a whale like that here i think. We want max value while we're ahead in nearly all cases, and vs a standard reg cbet I think it's probably an EV mistake not to raise given the vulnerability of the hand (multiway makes this even more significant?), available station equity etc.

But we all have different definitions/expectations ofc
