In December I self excluded for a period of 6 months expecting my account to be reactivated automatically after this time. I was very surprised to find it had been closed. I am now trying to reopen it for a few weeks now and constantly get it's been looked at.
Seriously, I have a positive ROI and am a microstates player that does not play slots. Surely this is not a hard decision?

I have an incomprehensible situation, because of which I have not been able to withdraw funds for almost a month. Therefore, I ask you to help me solve it. First, I ordered a cashout to Skrill, after I did not receive it, I found a letter asking me to go through verification. I sent the documents, but did not receive a response. I decided to cancel the withdrawal of funds, it turned out that after cancellation you have to wait 7 days until the funds are credited to the account. After communicating and re-sending documents via online chat, I was informed that everything is fine and my documents have been verified. Thinking that perhaps the problem is not with the account, but with the payment system, I ordered a cashout to a different method. Then I again received a letter asking me to send documents. I sent them again. I contacted online support again and again they assured me that everything is fine. And this happens cyclically.
I have not received my withdrawal since 09.07.25. Although I was informed by email and in the online chat that the documents were accepted. At the same time, when going to the cashier, the message "Your account is restricted" appears.
Before that, I underwent full verification in 2021, at which time I asked to change the address in the profile to a new one, for which I also sent documents for confirmation.
I have not used any bonuses for the last few years, and I have not played any games for several years, except for multi-table tournaments.

What's the problem if a player lives in a country where playing on 888 is allowed, has submitted all the required documents and is therefore a verified player, and uses a VPN?
Reality: let's say a verified player lives in Thailand and wants to go to Australia or Europe for a family vacation or for work, meaning at least a month away from home.
According the web in Europe you can play only on those contries: Albania, Andorra, Andorra, Aland, Belarus, Vatican City, Hungary, Isle of Man, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Svalbard, Ukraine.
In Oceania: Fiji, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga.
So if he go in those countries above he can play? Or no?
Sure, they're all beautiful countries, but usually if you go to New Zealand you also go to Australia, since they're very close, and as for Europe, there are other countries you go to that aren't on that list, countries you absolutely have to visit if you're on holiday, like: the UK, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.
To recap: if you're Thai, can you only play at 888 in Thailand? Or if you go to a country other than Thailand that's on the list of authorized countries, like Albania, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil, etc., can you still play?

I'm sorry but this has STILL not been resolved. I got an email from the operations team that read....
"We understand this may be disappointing, especially if expectations were higher, but we've carefully reviewed your account and found that the payment is accurate based on the data and the rakeback structure. You can check this on your history transaction"
I was then sent a link to the T&C's of the rakeback promotion that looked like the below with all figures replaced by '%%' and so obscuring the important information. I'm not sure how many times I have to say this but I qualify every month for this rakeback and so I know that 888 have got this wrong - the proof is in my tournament history and so I don't understand where they are getting this figure of 16 tournaments played from. I played 33 tournaments with a buy-in of $55+ in May 2025 - so I should be entitled to 30% rakeback of my entire rake on the month (cash games included).
