Most people I know have received refund from laggout tables. If you still haven't still I think you should contact the customer service again and state that you heard other people have got that and ask about your own case.

Sam from wpt has been responding on the refunds issue on discord, some people have been paid apparently.

I thought WPT sucessfully fixed the lag, but I was wrong. Worst app ever.

My community said that driverhud2 still can work in wpt, is this right?

Another tremendous server down issue and money not coming back to the cashier.

Last time I was paid anyways, but how can this be serious??

Can anyone dumb it down how insurance works on wpt. Not sayin i'll even use it but for a 1000bb pot i may. For example you can insure 1/2 pot or full pot but what exactly is "break even"? Does that mean if villain hits and you lose the hand you break even on the hand? It's confusing haha.

Is withdrawal down for people? I haven't been able to withdraw for 2 weeks now. I emailed support and they just said that their cashier is "under maintenance"?????

Ongoing Issues with WPT Global Platform – Request for Resolution

Dear WPT Global Support,

I would like to formally report an ongoing issue I've experienced on your platform and express my growing concerns.

I’ve been actively playing your "Poker Flips" game, consistently betting 30 coins per spin on the quads at 248/1 odds. Yesterday, while placing my usual bets, I encountered a critical error message that caused my game to freeze. After logging back in, I attempted to verify the outcome of the hand, and sure enough the quads came out at the exact time i got dced by your plattform. I contacted my Internet Service Provider, who confirmed that my connection remained stable throughout—indicating the issue was on your end.

This incident left me feeling once again misled. A few months ago, I filed a complaint regarding suspicious activity at your PLO tables, where opponents were making inexplicable river calls with high-card hands for pots worth thousands of dollars. I never received a proper follow-up—until three months later, when I was unexpectedly issued a $100 credit with a vague explanation that “cheating activity” had occurred.

While the $100 credit was appreciated, it hardly compensates for the losses I sustained, which I estimate to be close to $10,000.

To add to my frustration, yesterday’s poker flip bets would have returned approximately $1,100, had the game not disconnected during my session. I’ve contacted support again and spoken with a live agent, but still haven’t received a response or acknowledgment of my report.

At this point, I am strongly considering filing a formal complaint with your regulatory body, as I feel I am not being treated fairly or transparently.

I respectfully ask for a thorough review of my case and a clear response addressing both this recent incident and the previous one. I hope WPT Global takes player trust seriously and acts accordingly.

Sometimes i see that in lobby is 15-20 tables of 1.2 (5), where is sitting like 3 players 40/10.
When u sit to them, they are leaving.
What they are doing, can't understand.

can you redeem mailing things in ? has anyone tried it? does it automatically get inserted int your accountt when they get the mail or what? it says onsite to redeem them but there is no redeem option ?

How have games been since the reddit post? Security finally start to do their job? Or is the site still riddled with bots and burner accounts?

Going on 6 weeks now still can't withdraw funds from WPTglobal. When asking them through email they just said that they are monitoring the situation and will inform me of any updates.

Anyone else having issues? Wtf is going on

We had a stretch where there were few of these cheating accounts in the games but they are working their way back. Please report accounts which fit the bot profile, i.e. <1k hands, single tabling, similar avatars, VIP/PFR 30/20ish.

Several people including myself were given significant compensation just recently for sending these reports and we all benefit from getting these accounts removed from the games, so please continue sending screenshots of the accounts after your sessions. I know it's tedious, but it needs to be done.
